We’re only half way through the season. There’s a long way to go and the fact that those teams have already had bad runs tells you they can have bad runs again.
Win or lose tomorrow we are not out of it by any stretch, this team is capable of incredible things.

Bailly is equivalent to Matip. He will get injured faster than Klopp can complain about something. And Maguire is a Fridge that plays CB. I genuinely think Maguire and Bailly not being available is nowhere near as significant as missing VVD and Gomez.

Of course the injuries make it more difficult but I think we can still do it.

Are we going through a bad run or is it a little bit more than that. Our recent home form is what’s brought this to the table when the truth is our bad run has been all season on the road with only 2 away wins in the league all season. I agree we’ve been blessed these last few years but to think we’re going to automatically come good the next game and go on an unbeaten run home and away to challenge for the league is a brave shout.

Yes other teams might go on another bad run but so might we or we might not fully get out of this one (especially away form) . It’s pointless looking at what other clubs are doing now as it’s out of our hands. Our priority is it win as many games as we can and finish as high as we can. Who knows that could be 1st or 6th but there’s a long way to go yet.
