With Citys next two league games being WBA and Sheffield United and our next one Sprus we could well be in a situation where we are between 6 to 9 points off City with the same games played when we face tham at Anfield in a few weeks time. We need goals fast. Its so slow and predictable.

The front three look tired and low on confidence but we can't rest them. The likes of Origi, Ox and Shaqiri are not good enough.
Salah is often too predictable by coming inside all the time and relying on his left foot. He went on the outside right at the death and actually got a cross in.
And Trent; what can I say? He's neither attacking nor defending.

Bad night all round. We didn’t test their keeper at all. Short corners and short free kicks, a soft penalty and about as much penetration as a eunuch at an orgy. Looked like we wouldn’t score from the start.

The decline started when Athletico Madrid figured us out away in Spain. Since then everyone has adopted Simeones game plan. I said this ages ago it’s not hard to see, it’s infront of our eyes every week.

palace was a one off game, we can't score and everyone plays park the bus low block. We are just about in a top four race and that's it the title has gone let's just focus on getting fourth and hopefully regrow Next season.
