See lampard is gone, how can they continually manage a club everytime they go through a dip they sack a manager.

I think his mistake was spending £200m in the summer. Should have continued development of the kids and just brought in one big name player and tried to develop the squad a little slower. Spending £200 at a club like Chelsea demands instant success and you only have to look around at the other top teams struggling to see that was never going to happen this season.

Lampard is out? Wow! I knew he was in over his head and every man and his dog knew he was out of his depth and needed help BUT his arrogance and self entitled persona prolly would not allow his ego to take it. He simply lacked the humility to be a manager and many of us saw it from a mile away. Hopefully, he will learn from this BUT he needs to go prove his worth somewhere else like Steven Gerard is doing now, Mickey Mouse league or not. You got to earn your stripes however it is you can earn them.

Roman as bought a lot of success to that club, so the way he as owned the club as not been wrong he can do what he wants.
