Ok, got that out the way hahahahaha what a terrible result after a brilliant performance until it unravelled. All the above ranting, those things went our way last season and before. For you ballers out there, does this time resemble the Golden State warriors 2 seasons ago when the wheels came off after a long run of such high performance?

“Can someone tell me what he actually offers the team besides his goals? ” Is this for real? Literally Salah is one of the greatest forwards to play for the club and this is the nonsense people come out with. Give your head a wobble. He’s the only goal threat we’ve got.

3-1 loss is not a brilliant performance. It’s a 90+ minute football match not 70 mins. It’s a terrible performance which is no suprise because this decimated squad has given up. We concede 1 goal and we Chuck the game time after time. Tools down in Prem. I’m praying we turn up against RB. Praying.

Faithworks you normally post sense. But the Salah comment is ridiculous. You are hurting now but he is the top scorer in the pl. Take his goals out and we would be very near the bottom.

Faithinworks, is this the same world class Salah who scores loads, works hard for the team and tracks back. He has performed to an incredible, consistent level for 4 seasons. There are some serious issues with the team at present, but Salah is the least of my worries.

Burkey- you got it, read the whole post lol but also provide a response and something constructive in return.

I have no problems saying that Salah is the most sellable asset from our attacking trio. I've also said he is our most frustratingly enigmatic superstar. I mean is there any other player that scores this many goals but still leaves you wanting more? Haha that's my feeling about Mo, not angry or wanting to get rid. But surely others too can see that we need more from him in terms of the overall game in attack. On another funny side, remember when we said we needed a 20+ goal a season striker to win the league. lol I guess it's not always the case that 1+1=2.

LiverpoolFC8 - you can have a brilliant performance and not get the result. and actually one of the things you need to do in sport and in life as well is to separate outcome from the performance. allowing either to over power the other when you assess things, get ya all twisted. the team aren't that far away but they probably feel like they are trying so hard to get it back to normal, that it's not surprising to see things spiral out of control like they have. They need some luck an definitely as much support from the fans. imagine being the players, socially isolated, spending more time online than usual and reading more rubbish from their own fans about how useless they all are.

they're not useless but are really struggling at the minute. The season itself isn't lost so I hope they can get back on the horse and have the ball bounce our way a couple times as we right the ship.
