A midfield that neither creates or provides any protection for the defence, a keeper who is guaranteed to make mistakes that lead to goals and only one player in the side actually scoring, it’s a recipe for disaster. We’d be just as well giving everyone the weekend off and playing the under 23’s.

Ed025, it actually is that bad, every part of that is true. Adrian has conceded as many goals as he’s faced shots, and if he’s not throwing one in the net, he’s passing it to someone for an easy goal. That midfield has been run through at will by almost every team they’ve faced whilst at the same time created nothing, and if Salah doesn’t score, we probably won’t score. This could be an absolute shocker tonight.
