There was much written on this page about Pep last year. He has gone stale, he micro manages, too rigid, players won't stand for it, it happened at his other clubs etc etc. What do people think now? I know he has spent vast amounts but they have found a different way to win football matches, something we have been unable to achieve.

What are people's thoughts on Pep now?

He’s a check book manager!
What do you want us to say! When his defence is broken he’s buys what he needs etc! Fair play to him and city they’ve the money they can do what they want!

Exactly Jay Dub.
In our position there’s no way they are bringing in Kabak on loan and Davies from Preston in January.
They would just go and get Upemacano and Koulibaly because they can.
Klopp has worked miracles with the resources he’s had but injuries to key players is bound to affect us more than City as we can’t just spend our way out of it.
