Is it 2 wins from 15, 6 home defeats on the trot 8 home games without a winning. bad injuries or not how many of the defeats go down to Klopp's team selection if this carries on much longer he will be very lucky to keep his job.

{Ed077's Note - Klopp out;) Gerrard in

Agree2 Disagree0

As things stand can Liverpool genuinely continue with Klopp? Not just the results the performances as unbelievably poor.

Owners only have their selves to blame. Letting the squad go into the season without sufficient defensive cover, then leaving it to the last day of the transfer window. If they bring Gerrard in off the back of winning a farmers league I’d be fuming, been down that road with Souness and it failed dismally.

I mean, we're garbage, sure we won't the league last year, but how long do we need to be bad for, till we get relegated next year?!

I honestly don’t know what to think here anymore. Yes we have had injuries like no other season, which I get, but what I can’t get is the lack of urgency, desire, hunger, none of these players are displaying what it takes to wear this shirt. They are all paid obscene amounts of money, to show why they deserve to be here. Klopp doesn’t get off Scott free though, what he was thinking making that many changes, from the previous game is beyond me, mane, Trent and Fabinho should have all started and brought off if / when we were up and winning, but this side lacked any cohesion, and looked like a bunch of players who had never played with each before. This rut continues and I for one do not look forward to Liverpool playing now as all I expect is another defeat, to the point where I don’t even want to put the footy on. The sooner this season is down the better, as it is when things are tough that you see players step up with a bit of fight and desire, but there is only a handful of players I can see showing that.

6Times, I thought you would b thrilled we lost so save your fake outrage. As for Klopp, he is going nowhere. As for the game, if you thought we would win based on the lineup we put out then that is your fault and yours alone. The season is done send blaming the owners is just another cop out and blame shifting.

07 Mar 2021 16:18:12
Not thrilled at all. Outraged by the fact it was obvious to anyone that we would lose like that and yet Klopp still goes with a midfield that’s so lightweight and pathetic. The buck stops somewhere and that has to go to failing to prepare properly. Not buying a centre back to replace Lovren was bad, but it’s criminal when no replacement was brought in as soon as the transfer window opened. This farce has not happened in a vacuum.

It seems like the players have zero accountability.

I would like to be a fly on the wall in the boardroom of FSG.
These people only tolerate situations for so long.
Then they act!

Yuri01 before they go firing Klopp they need to take a long hard look in the mirror at themselves. They haven’t the funds to compete at the top consistently and that’s been proven with the inability to support Klopp during the summer by buying a centre back and only acting at the end of the transfer window and if the sack Klopp, what then? I don’t see any of Europe’s top managers wanting to manage under this structure, and Gerrard would be an epic fail,

07 Mar 2021 18:05:11
Teams don't become rubbish overnight and neither do managers.
This has been an exceptionally long run of bad form. Then there are the many injuries, empty stadia etc.
Lack of finance from FSG. Citeh can field TWO first teams. It is called deep pockets.

I know that Klopp had a similar run at Dortmund in his last season there, but I wouldn't blame Klobb.
I cannot see an alternative at the moment.
Except some money-bag investment coming in.

Oh for the boot room?

{Ed001's Note - he sorted it out at Dortmund, but the fans stood with him there and fully backed him.}
