Is anyone else loving the International Break? I am and not because of International football, I am just happy to have a break, the matches have been coming thick and fast and the quality has been shocking this season. This season is like a throw back to the 1990's the only difference is the playing surface is better.

In the 90's you were allowed to tackle and make contact with another player without them screaming and rolling around the pitch.

I just wonder how much further the play acting will go. We're close to becoming a non-contact sport. The art of defending is gone. Players like Sterling to name but one looking for contact instead of gaining an advantage with their ability.

Anybody else enjoying ITV4 on a Saturday morning for The Big Match replays. Some great stuff on there. When men were men and you only got a Yellow if you drew blood, twice. Ha!
