Just thought I would start a debate, would you take Aguero on a free for next season? Surely a clinical player like Aguero is a player we are crying for?

Its an interesting question with a few more to go with it.
How much would his wages be, I assume very high as he is probably looking for one last good contract before he finishes.
Is he going to be fit for a season?
Does he fit our system as he is more of a box striker?
What is he like as a person as we have to close squad who all get on, so would he fit into it?
So will answer your question with a 'No' for me.

Oh yes. 1 year contract. Get some more blood in our rivalry with City.

Even for the players to train with yet another calibre of player like that with be fantastic.

I try to look at what fergie would do. As although we despise parts of him his longevity and success is undeniable. He would of signed or tried to sign aguero this summer for the exact reasons I just stated.

Fantastic player (when fit) always enjoyed watching him play, except when it was against us.
I’m not sure he would be a good fit at LFC because of the high wages and fitness issues but a part of me would love to see him playing for us, scoring a hat trick against City next season to seal the title.
I was just reading his stats before, if he had managed to stay fit all this time City would have won everything.

Just goes to show the ruthlessness in football. Aguero has been sensational for City and they are getting rid. Fergie was similar in his time with players like Keane, Stam and Van Nistelrooy. Then there’s us keeping Origi for 200 minutes of football a season and praising his lacklustre performances because he scored a couple of CL goals 3 years ago.

Jk23 Origi won us the Champions League. City have spent over a billion trying to do just that and still haven’t succeeded. Even with Aguero and Pep and all the others. I don’t see why you would slam Divock and sympathize with Manchester United players who were too big for their boots by the end and arrogant enough to think they could challenge Ferguson’s authority and get away with it. Roy Keane still hasn’t recovered from Ferguson showing him what tough really is and I have no sympathy for him.

I don’t think Origi won us the CL on his own but he certainly played his part. But like I said it was 3 years ago. Can’t see the part where I sympathised with Utd players mind. I only used them as an example. To say Origi has done little since isn’t slamming him it’s just simply stating facts. Or have I missed the games where he has been contributing significantly over the last 2 seasons.

I would love Aguero to come. He would add extra class to us. Imagine being able to bring him in off the bench when one of our front three hasn't been firing?

Sadly can't see it happening though.

You want to add an aged player and the squad we have there about 5 or more players are going to turn to 30, and then create over aged squad.
