Mane, Jota and Salah will probably be the front 3 tomorrow. Who then would you have in midfield?

Fabs, milner and Firmino for me. Klopp will probably go Fabs, Gini and Thiago though.

Hopefully Keita's pushing for a place too, like him or not with Hendo out we could do with an in form and fit Keita giving Klopp a real option.

Firmino definitely starts up front tmrw. He is the only forward who had a rest over the international break.
I think Salah will be the one left out. Midfield should be Fab, Thiago and Curtis.

Fabinho, Jones and Gini. Rest Thiago for Madrid.

I agree Jadon, time for Keita to step up or he will be gone. I can’t see Salah being rested, no chance IMO but we shall soon see. Mane, Jota and Salah are a lot more potent without Firmino in the front 3. They should play together as often as possible to get their rhythm.

I agree with Mikey1985 on the midfield selection against Arsenal. European night against Real Madrid would be the perfect game for Thiago.

The best way to beat Madrid is to run all over them not to try and out pass them in midfield. I would take Modric over Thiago any day.

Wouldn’t hold your breath for Keita even when he’s so called match fit he’s been a let down.

A few times he's had a run of games and has started to look the part only to be out injured again. I actually think the madrid game is exactly suited to Thiago, make the ageing Kroos and Modric run unstead of just trying to rough them up.

It’ll be interesting to see how Arsenal set up, whether they still play that defensive / counter attack style that Arteta started off with.
I was watching a highlights snippet on BBC Sport of that 4-4 draw at Anfield with them a few years ago.
Arsenal were the epitome of positive and creative football then.
I think that the Premier League is the worst off for Wenger’s departure.
I’ll be so disappointed if they’ve got 10 men behind the ball out of possession tomorrow.

I think Wenger stayed too long at Arsenal, between them they'd lost that mojo. But he was a revelation when he took Arsenal over, and having Thierry Henry as the pinnacle of their attack was the icing on the cake. I've been a Liverpool fan for a long time but I liked watching Wenger's early Arsenal sides, they played some beautiful stuff.

I think Firmino will start. And Jota will come on at some point in the game. Klopp can be super conservative sometimes with his selections and there's a lot riding on the remaining games in terms of UCL qualification. Firmino maybe out of form but he has Klopp's confidence.
