Totally agree, but the act I’m worried about is the one after that one.

We all hate FSG now, but we should all also be worried as to what fury the football authorities unleash on the club, the manager and the players we love.

As against this idea as I am, I cannot imagine anything more short sighted than large scale punative measures. While everyone is climbing down from a point somewhere close to mutually assured destruction, you don't pick that moment to remind them why that destruction might be worth it after all.
