I know the whole season has been sh1t show and thousands of what-ifs. But even those last couple of games against Leeds and Newcastle (especially Newcastle! )

What a good position we would be in had we not dropped those stupid points. Such a disaster.

I guess the other way of looking at things is, do we actually deserve to qualify this year. When the club from top to bottom has been so poor, then maybe some sort of punishment is deserved. Perhaps that punishment is Thursday night football.

That being said, I want us to succeed. I want us to sign the best players and play against the big teams. 4 Cup finals coming up. It will be interesting.

Leicester to play Man Utd, Chelsea away (with fans? ) and Spurs at home so maybe 3 points?
West Ham to play play Brighton, WBA away (with fans? ) and Saints at home so I'm hoping 5-7 points.
Liverpool - Man Utd (3rd game in 5 days, WBA, Burnley away (with fans and hopefully not safe so they will be nervous), Palace at home with fans.

Ah Ed0666 🤣🤣, I'd made peace with us not getting CL football long ago. If we do somehow get it then great but I think the 4 points dropped v Newcastle and Leeds are going to be the killers.
