New physios, bubble wrap and stop doing poxy rondo’s in training and we flying next season!
Well done to city they’ve been quality!
Considering when Leicester beat them earlier in the season when pep was finished etc they turned the league upside down!

Agree10 Disagree0

Rondo's? Lol. Like City and every club in the world don't do rondo's.
The things you get upset about.

Too many on here were soon quick enough to write pep off but not quick enough to praise him.

12 May 2021 03:56:17
Praise is due to pep, congrats to him and city. However it would be interesting to see how well he would do managing a team for a club which doesn’t have 100s of millions to throw at players every season, bearing in mind his last three clubs have been barcelona, Bayern and currently city, all big teams and during his tenure with each he spent a lot of money on players and/ or which already had world class players playing for them.

Yes. Congratulations on winning the league after only spending a billion pounds to get there. Congratulations indeed on such a fine achievement under such difficult constraints.

Princess thunderbird if the team did less rondos and more shooting practice we’d prob be in a better position! All well and good doing flicks and tricks while a Gobrubbish is in the middle chasing the ball while they can’t do it on the pitch is pointless!

MR, Pep winning leagues while spending the equivalent of a country’s annual national budget in 5 years, is what he is supposed to do so yeah, credit to Pep for succeeding once again on a shoe string budget.

12 May 2021 08:59:37
Against all the odds Oli, a true underdog achievement.

12 May 2021 09:20:00
Sorry but you can't write pep off when they dip, and then say its all about money when they win, you can't have your cake and eat it, maybe there's a reason why he manages top teams? Just wandering.

12 May 2021 10:52:43
Because they have the money to buy the players he needs to play in that style. If the money isn't there, Pep isn't either.
A great manager, but a chequebook manager.

{Ed002's Note - The usual pathetic replies.}
