Just seen Norwich signer rashica for under 10 million. what is going on there? I thought he was touted for big things?

Werder got relegated and he spent a lot of time on the bench last season.

Still a quality bit of business and a very good player Rufus. Think we’ve signed a good few from relegated teams for as far back as I can remember, Mark Wright, Deano, Shaq. Off the top of my head. IMO includes Shaq here. All have been good for us Or at least repaid the fee with enough good performances and important goals, assists or preventing us conceding.
