Be honest if Klopp joined Everton in a few years time I’d be guttered. So Rafa joining us a tad peculiar. However I’m not that fazed given I was unhappy with his behaviour as he left.

I was annoyed at Souness for selling Ablett and Beardsley, not the players, plus it’s Everton, it’s not United. Everton are like the mother in law, you don’t really hate them, but you only really want to see them twice a year.

The more I think about this, the more it's the best thing that could've happened to Everton. Why? Because it's guaranteed entertainment for me.
Either Rafa fails, which means Everton perform badly, and that's always funny. Or Rafa succeeds, in which case all the Everton fans who are threating to stop supporting the club or hoping he's run out of town over this (and I've seen quite a few, none of them here, cos the Eds don't tolerate pond life) will find themselves awkwardly looking back at the dumb crap they said hoping everyone forgets it. And there's no realistic possibility that he'll do so well that they'll overhaul us. And that's coming from someone who considers Rafa a demi God - Klopp being a full time deity, obviously.
So no matter what the outcome, Liverpool fans win.
