Don't forget Konate and payments for Jota (and possibly others) . Ed002 has said Bissouma maybe out of reach financially for Liverpool. We'll need more outgoings before we can go for Bissouma.

Why would Liverpool pay the Jota payment? They have already paid a premium for staggered payments, so they might as well stick to the plan, unless they could get a reduction?

Irish Rover, I believe (and again, in basing this entirely on football manager) that Liverpool could offer to buy out a further-on-down-the-road payment at a slightly reduced rate, but we shouldn't forget that there will no doubt be a Jota payment due to wolves this window anyway.

I am not saying it's the right approach. All I am saying is it looks like we will need to sell more before we can buy. I would also prefer to sign Bissouma right now.
