Good morning all.

I know we all get excited by the thoughts of the new season and the possibility of some new faces to liven things up (team or squad wise) . What I don't get is lads panicking and loosing their life about the whole transfer window ie. we need to sell X, Y and Z and then with that money we need to buy A and B, oh but what about the HG quota we need to get rid of such and such a player and then go buy a few HG players.
Listen lads Klopp knows where he needs to strengthen and he knows who he needs to let go. Targets have been set 1st, 2nd and 3rd choices and they will be purchased if they are at the right price and fit for our model and style of play.
We are going to be linked with every player and his mother this window, like always, just sit back and enjoy it lads Klopp knows where he needs to strengthen and will do so accordingly. He always has a plan and it might not be any of the players mentioned here time and time again or it could well be who knows, let's just see what happens in the coming weeks.
Everyone would love to buy the world's top players and I am no different but this is reality chaps not fantasy football. So let's just enjoy the ride and see what we have come the end of the window, keep the faith lads, in Klopp we trust.

Don't see us signing any non HG players until a couple of more non HG players are off the books. Think we are at the 17 limit so it makes sense, to me anyway, to move 2/ 3 more out the door before buying.

Seeing Elliott in midfield so far in pre-season i wonder if we need a midfielder. If Pedri can play for Barcelona at 18, why not give Elliott the chance to cement his place in our midfield? He's so talented, and as he's a die hard Liverpool fan you know he'll give 100% every week.

I’m not as convinced by Elliott in midfield TBH - Ox in midfield, Elliott on the wing with Salah or Mane upfront makes far more sense to me, but then again what do I know!

MK Scouser Pedri playing for Barcelona in la liga is a totally different scenario. Am sure Elliott would be fine in La Liga but the premier league is a much tougher ask. Even Phil Foden has only just had his break through season and I think are midfielders are asked to work harder in a different way to city what I think would be very hard for a player and build of Elliott's age. I think we need to replace Gini as I don't think Jones is ready this season to take over that roll yet and I don't think Nabby is up to the job and am not sure if we can count on Ox over a full season.

Yeah it's all subjective SGred, no worries bud. I've been saying for a long time i thought he'd end up as a number 10. So seeing him playing as more of a number 8 was beyond even what i thought he was capable of. Have to see if he can do it against higher calibre opposition in competitive games, but the early signs were promising.

I'd definitely keep Elliot around like pep did with foden. Time to start him and Jones plenty this season.
