I wonder if the 'striker merry-go-round' sparked by Kane moving could help us find a suitor for Origi?

I very much doubt it would be a simple chain (Man City buy Kane from Spurs, Spurs buy Origi from us) but I do wonder whether a club could come in for him having lost their striker further along the 'Kane-chain'?

I doubt Haaland is going to move this year, or that would also present another chain opportunity!

He has to want to move. Lad might be content to sit out the final year of his contract.

Spurs ain't buying Origi from us, mate.

Spurs are signing that lad from Fiorentina.

Trade-off between sitting on the bench for another year, getting a signing-on fee next summer or playing more regularly elsewhere.

But I would be ticked off as hell at seeing Minamino and Ox being given a shot at playing CF. I'd want out as quickly as possible.

Surely footballers want to play football. Especially millionaire footballers. Any player that is made for life who chooses money over playing time needs to check their moral compass.

Oli, I didn’t say they were. Read my post again, slowly mate 👍.

I don't actually mind keeping origi. He was instrumental in us winning the CL.
We don't really have any options or money to replace him either. He makes sense to hold for one more season.

Could be. Can imagine spurs spending some of the kane money on someone like Watkins from villa or Wilson from Newcastle to diversify the options and them looking at origi as an option. Hopefully doesn't come to that as it'll probably go down to the wire.
