I used to love and adore him as a player but I am completely baffled by Carragher's attitude and performance during this Charity game.

I know he used to do this during matches, in his day, against other professional footballer's, but kicking out at player's, grabbing them from behind the neck and throwing minor celebrities to the ground during a charity football match? Really?

Absolutely no need for it. I thought he would have grown up and seen sense since the whole spitting at a child thing but he really can't control his temper.

Genuinely shocking behaviour.

Got to be a wind up he did absolutely nothing wrong I watched the game was good fun. Christ imagine if they brought vinnie jones in to it and he was all lovely and tickled the opponent as they went past him never going to happen carra was no nonsense as usual. Plus Gary Neville was awful so he had to do something England got battered. Actually was better than watching the real England team I didn’t fall asleep.

LFC Mango Is correct. Carragher is an embarrassment who can’t accept that he’s finished so much as a footballer that his ego can’t accept show biz celebrities, playing for fun and charity, showing I’m up. He’s been only slightly more embarrassing than Ec0666 not being able to see that.

I don’t know why I’m even writing this but …. OP, ask yourself why Carragher was invited to play - what the organisers knew about him and what they expected him to bring.

Then ask yourself why you were stood in the crowd - not playing and having to pay to get in.

I don’t know how anybody can put them selfs through watching games like that tried it once just a chance ex celebrities to get there faces on the tv again. I bet Oly Murs was playing and a load more “reality tv stars “ was in the team. If there going to do it should be like Harry’ Hero’s just ex players.

I’ve not watched it but! It’s for charity for god sake. op your having pop at carra and he’s turned up and played to rise money for people less fortunate than us. Just chill out and enjoy life.

OP, chill out. It was a Charity Game so no need to be all bent outta shape about a happy kick about fir charitable purposes. There are a lot of things I dislike about Carra but this ain’t one of them.

Carra has always been a wan×er rubbish footballer would fergie have touched him don't think so lucky he was around when LFC were poor or he would of played for Tranmere rovers and spitting at children and throwing coins back into crowd says it all gobrubbish who thinks he is Mr Liverpool and that they owe him He is a sky puppet along with gorbels from the mancs .
