Yesterday our midfield completely bossed the game against energetic, relentless, intense Leeds side with their fans creating electric atmosphere.

Think that was Thiago's best performance in a red shirt. Was unsure how he will deal with Leeds relentless, physical, battle. But oh boy he completely controlled the game with Fab who was just phenomenal and the best DM in my opinion.

Think that bodes well for us going forward except losing Harvey to horrific Injury : (

If we can keep our defenders fit then we've got every chance winning stuff coz that's where trophies are won.

Was really good to see us playing exceptionally well and doing our stuff without being in limelight like other teams who are being over hyped. #YNWA #Redordead.

It doesn't make any difference if *they're yet to win a game* despite you guys getting a penalty couldn't heck anything against the same Leeds side 😂

It was a pure pleasure to see how we thoroughly dominated them and literally pinned them in their own box for larger periods of the game, with wonderful technical, physical and great combination/ play which was pure gold to see us how quickly we maneuvered the ball that even their manager couldn't get tired of praising us :-)

But that's what wins you trophies by beating the likes of Leeds etc.

The reality is there's a huge gap, between top 4/ 6 and the rest of the league.

Ed25, I don't agree that Leeds are a shambles.
They play a certain (entertaining) brand of football and Bielsa has Championship players performing higher than they should. Leeds fans are happy and are enjoying what they are watching. Considering the ride they've been on this is a good time for them.

{Ed025's Note - really brommers? they look very poor to me mate, im not saying they wont improve but at the moment they are playing like relegation fodder and deserve to be where they are..

Ed025 good to see your boys raising their game in the 2nd half - Dyche has taken to the ‘relaxing’ of the two footed challenge rule like a duck to water. I’d really like to see Burnley relegated this season, for the general good of the game and for the physical well-being of players in the PL.

{Ed025's Note - i dont mind a bit of physical stuff to be honest WDW its all part of the game, burnley do take it to the limit of course but class will always tell mate, in rafa we trust.. :)

Leeds play the same way in every game they played since they came up last season all batterings be damned, so them getting battered is nothing new esp by the teams who are much better at what they do best which Liverpool are.

Liverpool we’re very good but come on lads Leeds are just not at it atm. Something is not quite right at Leeds, they are not doing anything well.

Leeds will be in a relegation battle this year. They should have enough quality to get them through and I hope so too. But they were out of control. In many ways similar to our early year under Klopp where our press was more based on heart than head, and all it took for technical teams was a couple 1-2s and they would beat our press easily. Anyways, good performance by our midfield nonetheless.

Ed025 to be honest Leeds look no different from they did last season teams were playing through their midfield last season like they are now no point trying to downgrade our performance on the basis of how the opposition played maybe we made them look ordinary like we did last season but just never took our chances.

I think it's far too early to judge Leeds. Anything can happen this early in and they've just had a bad start. In my opinion they'll be just fine, god knows what's going on there mind, I don't understand how they can suddenly be this bad but they'll get it together I have no doubt.

they look exactly the same as last season to me Salah. whether lightening strikes for them in a second season in a row may come down to whether they can bring some pragmatism to their hectic style. My sense is that they trend downwards and end up battling at the wrong end of the table.
