I always use the just park app. Not too expensive and a lot of them are gated properties, very close to the ground.

Ed25 the Llandudno lot will be parked up in Birkenhead getting the ferry across.

I can’t agree with you Ed saying it’s the best stadium but I have worked on the microclimate analysis and it does look fantastic, and it will rival a lot of big clubs stadiums shame where it’s being built but then guess you guys had no choice.

{Ed025's Note - i like where it is klopppers and it will be a beacon of the liverpool skyline, it will also benefit the people of merseyside and bring a lot of business and prestige to the city mate..

Ed025 I’ve heard Everton have been given money back from the contractors building the new stadium. Apparently the original blue print had a trophy room on it. No idea why 🤷🏻‍♂️.

Ed025, to increase your reach/ transport links you could have a Helipad in the centre circle. Everton never go past the half way line anyway.

Ed25, I've been hearing about this stadium of yours since Hicks and Gillete took over LFC in 2008, the year my wife and I got married. 14 years, family moves from one country to another and two toddlers later, we are still here with NO stadium in site. Are you sure it will be built by the time I turn 75 yrs old? I'll wait. Or, maybe not.
