We paid £36 mill and pays £140k per week for AOC to sit and rot on the bench. I blame Mr klopp for this. If he doesn’t fancy him why did we not sell him last year?

{Ed0666's Note - maybe nobody would offer the price wanted? You can’t just throw players away.

lower the price then - bad decision making by the mansgement team - lots of our players prices are falling, in fact apart from Phillips I'm hard pushed to find a player who's price has risen over last year or two. If we are dependant on player sales to raise money for new players and our sales part of the business is failing, the team / squad is regressing and not improving.

Ox performed well before he got injured against Ac Roma so directly blaming Klopp is crazy!

Our biggest mistake was to invest massive on Keita and Thiago (28-29 yrs of age) especially Thiago at a time when we needed to start building our aging midfield.

How can you tell we didn't win last night?

The CL you are regering happened 3 years ago. And its not like he was the catalyst to our midfield before. He was another wrong signing.

He was very important player for us that season when we reached CL final and finished second to city.

We still miss he's earlier version coz we don't have any player who can take on players from midfield and shoot when teams play with a low block

Investing over 5OM on keita and 25M+ on Thiago was the biggest blunder hence we are short in midfield not coz of OX who was bought half a decade ago lol.

OX was a sprinter who flopped at arsenal and got mugged off by them at £36 mill in his last 6 months of contract. He has no real footballing intelligence nor adapted his game along its way. He is like a Lucas Moura In the center midfield. Run straight using your upper body strength. Klopp love theses hard runners.

Thiago is a brilliant footballer. The problem is we couldn’t afford him in his early twenties.

OP, not sure what game you were watching BUT Ox was only brought on in the last 10 mins so not sure what you wanted him to do in such a short time on the pitch. IMO, he should have started instead of Milner cos he has the ability to break the lines and offer third man runs into the box with his pace esp. since there was a lack of pace in the forward line. I know you are mad about the result BUT you are digging out the wrong player, IMO.

How can you tell we’ve only won 1 of the last 6 in 90 mins. Some will say overreaction.

Interesting to know what Klopps thoughts are. He’s pretty chilled about Salah having 11 months to negotiate a free so perhaps only beating Shrewsbury in the last 6 games he’s chilled with too.

Behind closed doors. I doubt it though.

Then he should start Oli.

I love the idea that we need to get rid of the midfield because they are getting old - I thought Elliot was 17 / 18, Morton and Dixon-Bonner are 19, Jones is what, 20, 21. Probably is time for them to hang up their boots I guess.

Before his knee injury Ox was a stand out player for us and looked a world beater, happens to many players after injury.
