Do we think if Klopp is given the money to make changes, buy and sell this summer, he might stay on another year or two due to two lost seasons from CVD? I wonder if it might affect his overall decision process or he's thinking I'm gone once my contract is up. I mean let's face it, it would be a major draw for potential signing if they knew they were going to play under him for 3/ 4 years.

No that won’t be the case. He is leaving regardless. His only regret would be to leave an utterly aging squad and very little trophies to show. 7 years and only one PL title.

Problem is he won’t get enough money to keep up with the oil nations so more likely he’d take national job.

I could see a scenario whereby he stays a couple more years under certain conditions ie investment to rebuild the squad. One of the characteristics of the best leaders are those that create succession plans. Klopp may feel he wants to do that for his own peace of mind if anything. Let's see what comes to pass.

I think that is a bit unfair. Only 1 PL title? What about the CL, European Super Cup and the World Club Championship?
Blinkered and ungrateful.
Klopp has achieved a minor miracle and I will always love him for his achievements.
