Don't know but I doubt he will be in 1st 11 magico mate. Klopp is always positive when it comes to injuries but even he wasn't sure if Thiago could be ready for Madrid.

Thiago would be a huge loss for Saturday. Modric and Kroos prove that class isn’t always about age and legs and whilst we might have the legs on their midfield we’ll miss Thiagos class ability if he isn’t available.

Klopp has a tendency to require at least 2 full training sessions before putting in a player, returning from injury, into the game roster. So I guess a lot depends on what happens Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. I doubt he will start even if fit. What is even more worrisome is new doubts about whether Fabinho will start.

ArAy mate. man I wish I hadn't asked. If fab and thiago are out we are screwed big time. Hendo milly and keita then. Nabby needs to have the game of his life if he plays. No problems with hendo or milly, they always a steady 8/ 10 in most games. Thankfully there is time for fab yet, I'm guessing thiago won't make it.

And can we afford to start either of them in case they break down early doors?
It's not as though the front 3,4 or 5 are on fire either.

If Thiago and Fabinho are not fit to start, it'll have to be Henderson, Keita and Jones with Milner coming on. If it is those three I wouldn't be confident at all.
We might have more chance of getting away with it if Salah and Jota were firing with the option of Diaz running them ragged for the last twenty minutes.
The midfield is down to the bare bones and I think we need more from the attacking players.

Apparently we were screwed big time against Barcelona too.
Just that Klopp and the players didn't buy into that.
There'll be plenty of rumours between now and Saturday about players "definitely being out", and within hours the same players "will definitely be available".
If it doesn't come from Klopp or an official club source it isn't really worth paying attention to it. Klopp and his staff are the only ones that know for sure, and everyone else is just guessing.
