Fair play to the lad and he is bang on with what he says.

We have probably all bottled things up and we 100% shouldn't do it. Men struggle because we don't like to show weakness but it makes the world of difference.

It really can be the difference between life and death, as unfortunately proved by Paddy's friend.

I hope they all have who they need round them to get through it.

I second all Paddy said. At the beginning of March, after an immense amount of strain in my personal and professional life that built over 6 months or so, and still carrying a lot from my partners death in 2016 I suffered, what was in good old fashioned terms, a nervous break down. I did not want to take part in life any more. The line between that and not wanting to live is a very fine one. Thankfully I recognised this and sort help. Counselling and medication have made a massive difference. I'm a big strong, beardy bloke, and I was broken. I beg anyone one who feels the same to not bottle it up. Seek help, talk to any one you can and never assume you are alone. We are Liverpool fans, we don't walk alone, ever.
