We have Firmino, Jota and Nunez in our squad for that CF position. What exactly would Werner add or bring?

He seems to have fallen off a cliff reputation wise. 3 seasons ago he was being hailed as the missing piece of our jigsaw and instead we ended up with Jota.

One has scored plenty of goals and the other has been caught offside plenty of times.

Surely there is a player in there somewhere but I can’t see him coming to us. Not unless Bobby is leaving and we’re looking at bringing in another forward.

If anyone could turn Werner from misfit to scoring machine it would be Klopp. Ably assisted of course by the tactical experts on here.
But there needs to be a gap in the front line first, and Firmino has made it clear recently he absolutely loves life at the club and isn't in a hurry to go.
So unless Bobby changes his mind it's a non starter.

Werner? Please no. He's being paid a fortune at Chelsea and if he thinks Chelsea is a goldfish bowl, wait until you come to Liverpool Football Club.

And bringing him in for Bobby? The less said the better.

If people are adamant on taking a player from Chelsea to replace Bobby, then it has to be Kai Havertz.

Another player that could offer what Bobby does is Gerard Moreno but unfortunately he's of similar age.

I think the Werner ship has sailed . Say no to the reds and klopp once and you don’t enter the conversation again IMO
If any player on the market is replacing Bobby this summer it has to be someone who plays on the right hand side

Dele Alli scored a couple the other day against Blackpool didn’t he? I was surprised cos I didn’t know the Championship had started so soon. Sounded like an exciting game though - cracking advert for the Championship.

Werner is absolute pants and the worst thing is that for a guy that poor, he talks a lot of smack and complains a lot about him being criticized by Tuchel for actually being crap. He is so delusional that he actually thinks he is better than what he actually is. And on 270k a week at Chelsea? You must be having a laugh.

The guy couldn't carry Bobbie's toiletry bag in terms of ability on the pitch and I would rather play one of the kids in place of Bobbie rather than sign an absolute flop of a player like Werner to replace him.

I love it when people say he would be a good player in a good team - you could say that about most people on earth. I prefer the idea of a player coming in who makes a good team great - Werner isn’t in that category.
