It's preseason, OP. He got into those positions in the first place hence, whatever we are working on on the training pitch to get him open is actually working. "Lucho" is still developing and learning the way we actually play so give it time.

We are the best team in the league and will be again this season. We just have to avoid injury ( basically teams making horrendous challenges on our players as they can’t get close to them on a footballing level ) and just have to hope the VAR and refs can sort there City buyest out. If that is sorted we will be fine and win the league at a canter. I think Fulham are in for a mauling tbh not too fussed about Saturday as is just a friendly would like a win obviously but don’t think Klopp will take it too seriously.

Scouse I’ve been a Liverpool fan for almost 50 years and even I can admit the best team in the league are the ones who win the league. We are vclose and maybe the best team across all competitions ?.

I appreciate if that is how you feel but I don’t think it is that simple teams tend to roll over and let City caress their belly where as against us they are up for it and play a proper game. Also I can’t blame VAR or refs as they get decisions wrong in every game. We are a better team than City and have been for 3-4 years. Take De Bruyne out of city you have an average football team. I just hope this season less teams have a day off against City.
