I actually rate Jota a lot but if I had to ask for one area for him to improve on it would be his link up play. Sometimes moves break down when he tries to take on too many players and he doesn't seem to have the vision that others have yet.
His goal ratio is admirable and if he can add these other attributes to his game we would have a very good player at our disposal.

OP, I know Jota has flaws in his game that he needs to improve and Im happy he he got his deal cos they clearly think he can get better BUT seriously, how is he not one of the most appreciated players in the squad? Do you have any info to back that up?

I recall the Ed’s bashing him a few times. Whilst his general play needs to improve, his goals record speaks for himself. Great bit of business to tie him down.

I think jota is a very good player but definitely not a starter, he's more of a super sub the last 25 minutes coming from the bench will give any defender headaches. But his goal ratio speaks for itself. Well done jota on getting a new and improved contract.

Deisred definitely not a starter. He’s played around 85 games for us in 2 seasons and started 58 of them.

Apart from Salah I don’t think the other 4 forwards are definite starters at this stage and I believe Klopp will rotate them as he sees fit be it from the start or bench.

Wdw Jota averages around 40 games a season for us and Origi averaged between 6-9 games a season in 8 years. I hope Jota’s not signed a new 5 year bumper contract to be the new Origi mate ?.
