Quite dumbfounded that Martin Tyler made the comment he has and is then commentating the first game fresh off the back of it all, alongside Carragher. Was this pre planned or supposed to show some kind of solidarity between MT and Liverpool? Personally think he should have been put on ice until it’s blown over or was investigated.

Na he’s a scumbag. Always hated Liverpool and his true colours just came out. People can apologise all they like, but when they casually throw things into conversation like that, having towed the party line for all these years then you know it’s just lip service. Of course sky wouldn’t act upon it.

It disappoints, that Carra often sticks up foe Tyler. He hates Lfc with a passion. His comments came out that way because of the way he feels deep down, about liverpool the city.
The whole Hillsborough hooligan saga was a lie, but 97 families have to suffer when people with a platform associate Hooligans and Hillsborough In the same sentence.
Disgraceful.

Terrible comment he made, just not good enough. Regardless of that for the life of me I don't understand why sky have still him commentating on matches, he would put u to sleep listening to him.

I don’t like him in any way but I think it was just clumsy wording, I do not think he was trying to insinuate that Hillsborough was a hooligan issue.
