First game of the season anything can happen until we get into gear. Beating city last week probably didn't help with peoples expectations. A poor performance but a p. poor over reaction by many of you. YNWA.

Did anyone understand what Klopp meant when he said the pitch was dry?


Credit to Fulham. they put on a show but we made it possible by not playing well.

Normally a pitch would be watered to make the ball skim over the grass. Klopp feels like it wasn't watered enough.

Samikewell, when pitches are wet they are slick and the ball moves over them faster. I assume JK was implying Fulham intentionally left the pitch dry to stop fast slick passing, as that would beifit Fulham and slow Liverpool down. Poor attempt to deflect how poor the team played.

Did some of our lads have different boots on because there was a fair few slips, I know if it’s a dry pitch and dusty almost wrong boot type can make you slip.

I feel after last before seaaon when Klopp got rid of those glasses, his smile and charisma have vanished.

MU loosing today is making feel better.

I know I am talking something irrelavant but the performance was like that yesterday.

As much as what Kimuraking said about how dry pitches can affect ball movement for a slick passing team like ours and even tho Klopp says that even when we win, it’s NOT what you say at a post game presser regardless of the result.

Klopp always complains about the pitch or wind or what ever I think its so he makes the head lines and protects the players myself

Or maybe he thought it wasn't upto par regardless of the pitch it was our attitude that cost us the game anyone who watched it could tell you that.
