I'm feeling so sorry for Ed025
What the crap is Everton playing? I think the Dyche era has ran its course. His greatest asset of keeping the game tight and concede little has gone. -7 by game 2 with no goals scored is relegation form. And nothing in their play suggest they are up for it.
It could really be the end of Everton this season if this goes on. And if Dyche is gone, who else can they bring in for a rescue mission? Big Sam? it just looks more and more grim.

Same here Sgynwa.
Gor Ed25's sake. I hope Everton sort themselves out.
I can just imagine the pain and anger that Ed25 must be going through.

I think Everton are in real bother this season. They look so poor on the pitch and really do seem to be drifting. Its a shame as they are a giant club and I would love to have them near the top of the league . The comments if Dyche after the first game were telling. Saying the fans do that when they are not playing well, referring to leaving after 80 minuets. I've never known Everton fans be anything other than loyal to their team, I really think wjat they need is a young manager who has nothing to loose who will play good attacking football. Not sure who or where from but certainly a long ball 442 mi did manager. Heaven forbid they get Southgate if Dyce left .

Everton have had so any managers over recent years it tells its own story. Pretty big fan base, and the new stadium could be a catalyst, but not sure who’d want the job? Maybe they need to sell a certain centre back to us, and then reinvest wisely.

They'll play like this for the first 10 games, look doomed. Sack manager and then somehow stay up. They are a team that need to have the chips down to play well and get results.

We have enough to worry about.

I have zero interest in Everton, and if they go down it’s richly deserved.

Tbf branthwaite for 70 odd million makes a lot of sense for both teams.
Can see efc being relegated without investment.

Seem to have been done really poor decisions made at Everton and it’s biting them on the ar$€
I know it’s early but I think the only way out for them is to get new manager and coaching staff inn- but I don’t know if they can even afford that
As OP stated Dyche teams don’t score many but they keep clean sheets - and can’t do that now
Fear for them.

Southampton manager is brave and Everton would be a step up for him.
Everton have too many issues that need sorting before things on the pitch improve.

I’ve got loads of blue mates and last year even to this day they tell me you lost the league at Goodison park it’s all banter so if they go down I hope it’s at anfield, the fume will be unbelievable.

It's 2 games in, anything can happen but I do agree his time is up. I don't think it's just him though, the players aren't good enough for this league. They'll go down in my opinion. It'd take a magician to get them a win at this rate.
No sympathy from me, I hope they do go down. I look at a club like I do any company - if it's ran badly it's not going to end very well and that's as simple as it gets. The club has been in trouble for some time now, go battle it out in a league more suited.

Everton have been teetering on getting relegated for about 3 seasons now.
Sometimes it just needs to happen in order for the club to start moving forward. Look at Newcastle in 2009 as an example - Relegated and their overpaid bloated squad evaporated, they replaced them with a much more financially feasible options which got them back up. Aside from a small blip in 2016, they have been doing reasonably well.
Perhaps this is what Everton needs?

It just shows what happens when you sign players.
They'll stay up whether Butch Dingle is in charge or not. There's usually three worse teams than Everton and they sign players as well ?.

Lets win our own game today lads before we srart looking down on others. No divine right to 3 pts.

Sgynwa, guys it is still very early in the process so let's not get overboard here. Dyche is no mug and knows what time it is so let's give it a few more games. That being said, he'd better shape up real quick (get at least a point in the next game to stop the bleeding) cos if not, it's going to peak.
