Personally, I think he did that to stick it to Ten Slaps. Remember a couple of months ago when he was asked about Slot coming to LFC and how he did in Holland with Feyernoord. He said something like Slot and Feyernord were "not at the level of PSV" and that they under-performed after him.
IMO if anyone thinks Slot didn't hear or read any of that and was determined to stick it to him in their first meeting, prolly does not realise how competitive some managers can be. Slot did the tactical talk to humiliate him in public, IMO and Im here for it.
Same with Klopp. He was told that Ten Hag had said about "eras coming to an end" with Ten Hag right before the 7-0 game. Klopp laughed at it but the way he did, he prolly said "Oh really? Alright, see you at the game Sunday". Result? Yeah, 7 Slaps. Just my take.

I suspect ETH is too delusional to believe Slot and realise that his tactics are a problem and so all Slot has done is tell everybody else how to beat them.

Dont worry about it boys - Slot is already living rent free in peoples minds, by highlighting post match, he's planting the seed that makes opposition managers second guess themselves, early days but get the impression Slotis just playing. mid games and I'm here for it.
