Hey all,
I am looking to get tickets to Liverpool vs Manchester United. I know this fixture is probably likely to change in date. I am looking to take my dad with me. Is going through hospitality the only way, or is there anyway to get normal match tickets?

In the future make friends in Liverpool and get into contact with supporter associations/ clubs. Until then you will have to pay a fortune and go the package route with the the way the system is now setup.

I agree with Kaiser. If you aren't already, I'd become an Official LFC Member, then I would try and join an official Supporters Club, which is affiliated with LFC, who have access to tickets. Even then it's not easy as tickets are like gold dust. Or, as Kaiser said, go down the package route.

Or alternatively. Join the Manchester United members association. By the time they come to Anfield the Nowrich Scarfs will be out, and you’ll be able to get as many tickets in the away end as you want ?.

I think it’s because the United faithful began donning yellow and green scarves to protest against the Glazer family ownership years back when they also set up a team to play in those colours….

I read on the BBC that their annual accounts over the last three years have shown an aggregate loss close to £350m and then the article said that they should be ok in terms of PSR requirements. I am not sure how that works to be honest.
