SR, never heard of it, as far as Barcelona and RM is concerned. Now with Levante and the other non Barcelona or non RM team, FFP is definitely a thing.

I wouldn't be surprised if there was something amiss but I prefer to wait until they are found guilty of something before calling 'cheat'.
It might be naiveté but I use sport as an escape and if we don't win at whatever sport I'm watching I don't see the point of looking for how we were cheated.
Cleverer people than me and the meddling kids on here can't prove it. If it's not proven I'm not going to get that bitter about it. Note that I said THAT bitter ?.
