Why not sell Tsimkas, Chiesa, and Doak. Keep Elliott and instead of spending £ 120 or 130 on Isak get both Guehi and Wharton for that kind of money. Do 40 million for Guehi and 90 million for Wharton, assuming CP with sell. Sign a striker like woltemade from Stuttgart. Just an opinion as we cod use a CDM of Wharton quality.

These football negotiations are easy!
There's a chance both Chiesa and Doak are already leaving and Tsimikas has made it clear he won't leave apparently.
Apparently Wharton will be sold next summer not this year. Woltemade is unproven and Stuttgart apparently want over €70m.

I like Wharton but Isak is a game changer. We need to replace Salah’s goals as he won’t be able to do it forever and Isak is as sure a thing as you can get.
If there is any chance to sign Isak this summer we should grab it with both hands.
Wharton will still be there next summer if we wanted to move for him then and we don’t need him now.
If we don’t sign Isak this summer he will be forced to go somewhere else because he won’t be playing for Newcastle again. That’s why we have to take this opportunity now because Isak could spearhead our attack for the next 6 years.
Plus, why would we keep Elliott? As if he’s some consolation for not signing Isak? I get why people like Elliott he’s a great kid but he had numerous chances to impress last season and was woeful every single time.
We need Isak. We don’t need Wharton or Elliott.

After a month or so of trying everything to get Isak you want to give up and use a player that slot doesn’t want! Hmmm makes sense.

It was just a thought and opinion nothing else especially if the Isak saga drags on till the end of the transfer window. It would be nice to sign another CDM and one of Wharton's quality.
