With all this excitement of new faces being brought in, the players need to adapt to slots system and their team mates. Am I the only one concerned we are seeing too much change too fast in one window?
These guys are going to have to be on it from game one, which has me a bit worried.

Haven't most teams added or sold players?
We won the league at a canter last year and have since improved that first team and squad.

Slot does seem to be able to get his ideas across to the players quite quickly and effectively, as we saw last season. Hopefully it's similar with the new boys.

But as Slot said, four players needed replacing. TAA wanted to go to Madrid and the Jota tragedy doesn't need explaining. I think we are looking at improving on- if we've not already- Diaz and Nunez and they were sellable.
You've got to look to improve even if new players might not work out or take time to do it.
And fans will always be concerned about something ?.

No, you're not the only one. Literally dozens of other posters have posted their pessimstic takes. If you can't enjoy the fact that LFC have assembled a team with the most expensive EPL goal-keeper (at the time), the most expensive EPL defender (at the time), the most expensive EPL midfielder, and (hopefully) the most expensive striker, then perhaps football is not for you. Try crotcheting, it's safe and the only thing to worry about is dropping a stitch.

I love you snoots (too much) so don't take this personally but I want to knock all these out in one post.
Am I the only one concerned that too much change this Summer?
The is a lot of change to be fair with some players having very different attributes to the ones they are replacing. I think from preseason, I think all the new players have shown good glimpses of top talent they possess but the team performances to date look off balance. It is only preseason so hopefully Slot can get the team to hit that balance as they gel more. I personally think they will. They need to get that risk reward right. I think he will solve it. I would say I'm more excited by all the change and how it looks than worried.
Am I the only one concerned about the defence? I think Leoni could be a bigger add than we think. It says something when all the top Italian sides are chasing him. Physically he looks ready but certainly raw. With VVD and Konate guiding him, I think he could turn out to be excellent cover. Gomez when fit is excellent. Let's say Leoni is equal to Quansah, we are in same place as last year. I'd like Guehi as experienced cover but not vital for me. I'm excited by YLFP. But my comfort levels are on the premise Konate resigns. If he leaves I do worry a bit more as I prefer Konate to Guehi.
Am I the only one worried about the attack? We need more options up top. Slot doesn't fancy Chiesa, Ngoumha is very young. I think and hope we get Isak. A young winger like Fofana would also be awesome. Even if both players don't join, I have no doubt Liverpool will buy more attacking options this Summer.
Worried, slightly.
But overall more excited then anything to see who we buy in the last few weeks of the transfer window and most importantly how slot gets the best out of these exciting talents to get the best of them collectively.
It's an exciting time for me. Worry is a component of excitement. If we knew what was going to happen, life would be boring.

Not worried one bit, we'll win the league again.

I can’t see the problem. The spine of the team is the same.

Well, it’s the first time Slot has had a proper pre season with the squad, so I suspect we will be in good shape. Might take time for our fullbacks to synch up on offside line, but I think we will be great.
Top 6 will be more competitive. City have spent a lot over 2 windows, and Arsenal will be stronger with Zubi.
I suspect PSG, City and Chelsea will suffer burn out post xmas from no summer break - but will be finely tuned until then. United and Spurs will be less bad, but likes of Brentford and Wolves less troublesome.
Arsenal will be the team we need to beat.

I get where you are coming from but I don't wholly agree.
The only definitive changes we have to our starting 11 right now are Wirtz instead of Szobo (albeit we could revert to last year's midfield once Gravenberch has served his suspension), Ekitike instead of Nunez and Frimpong instead of Trent. We still have Bradley who can step in if needs be, which brings us closer to last season's starting 11. We also have Kerkez but if the synching with Gakpo isn't working, we still have Robbo.
To alleviate your worry, you need to remember that a) we have bought very highly rated players who I would imagine would adapt quicker than lesser ones, about half of them have also experienced the EPL (I'm including Frimpong as he was training with players who have gone on to play in the EPL at Man City) .
Also, a season is 38 games. I fully expect us NOT to come flying out the blocks as players get that final 0.1% of understanding, but by mid-Sept I think we will be flying.

We’ve got 5 or 6 players that need to adapt to Slot’s system.
Last season we had a whole squad who had to adapt to Slot’s system.
Last season we changed the manager, all the coaching staff and the back room staff yet still won the league.
This season the majority of the squad is used to the manager and all of the staff and we have better players than last season.
I’m not sure how you can put a negative spin on that.

2-0 start on Friday night Ekitike anytime 16/ 1 get on it.

We need to remember weren't the only side to make changes - I don't see anyone else gelling 100% in game week one! Plus Chelsea and City have CWC in their legs and Arsenal have Gykores who I think will flop, at least this season.

Im not really worried about the changes . I think we have improved every area we needed to, while keeping our most important players . im really looking forward to this year . think once we've settled we'll be fantastic.
