Slot did not lower the standards after Klopp. Fsg did. They've allowed journey men to run amuck in top positions.
There should be mass changes in the summer regarding key positions. If it doesn't happen, the club will regress back to sheer mediocrity before Klopp.
The squads completely wrong. The transfer window has shown to be a failure and the types of players we're earmarking rings alarm Bell's. You cannot replace Allison Becker with dean Henderson.
The player's rewarded with massive contracts aren't anywhere near top class, yet who's idea was it to double everyone's pay packet?!
I have no sympathy for Curtis Jones. The lads looking a massive pay day too regardless of appearances.
Loyalty? Give me a break.
Slot, Edwards, Hughes and maybe more should be out the door.
Im listening to "stability". This team has crawled to where we are. We are appalling in every sense. That's not stability. That's knowing we've an average squad and an out of depth manager.
Nobody wants to watch this anymore. You can only tantalize the fans and paying fans at stadiums until they've had enough.
Slot must go. Or the fans will make their voice very loud next season because the patience has worn out.
Far too many journey men are far too comfortable. This is Liverpool, not spurs or Everton (ed025??).
{Ed025's Note - you wish Ron.. :)

Ron, to say this is all on FSG is wrong. Slot is the head coach, there and paid a lot to get the basics right - Fitness... He can't and hasn't; he has dropped the ball as much as FSG.
03 May 2026 17:40:24
FSG saved this club. Slot is burying it by degrees. Why are we constantly passing it in a horseshoe when we have teams under the cosh? No one cares about possession or xG. It's not 2015 anymore.
03 May 2026 17:41:09
Slot is all wrong for Liverpool.
He needs to go first and then we'll talk about everything else.
His idea of football is absolute garbage to watch.
We are, without doubt, the most boring team in England and there are some seriously boring ones out there.
Slot benefitted from the Klopp transition.
The more his ideas the shape, the worse we look. He is not up to scratch and it will be an absolute farce if he is kept on next season.
I can't watch another season like this one.
He is a dead weight on this football team and needs out the door as quick as humanly possible.
03 May 2026 17:42:24
Now it's FSG's fault... Oh wow.
Slot is paid to set the standards.
He alone has allowed them to drop, and he needs to take accountability for that.
FSG are to blame... Cmon, mate.
03 May 2026 17:44:00
If FSG look at us n can't see this total s*** show, then they are to blame as well, it's ok hiring ppl like Edwards n co n then sitting back n letting them get on with the job with no consequences, then we have Edwards who looks like he is sticking with his mistake for next season in the hope that it all works out, then they are to blame, then we have the manager who is completely out of his depth n doesn't even want to be here, the players also need a kick up the backside, even Salah said the standards are slipping in training.
All in all a s*** show.
03 May 2026 17:48:43
FSG Out protests all next season if we keep this manager, we're at a pivotal moment here as a club.
03 May 2026 18:01:01
Slot is the issue, bottom line. But his other two amigos Edwards and Hughes are culpable too, as are the owners. They must be sleepwalking if they think this SS will get any better.
03 May 2026 18:01:06
You and me both, Davey, another season of this dross is unthinkable. What's the point having 62% possession when we do f*** all with it. Had a pants full of Slot and his tactics.
03 May 2026 18:02:39
FSG own the club. If the people running things on the daily aren't doing their jobs, it's up to FSG to step in and make the tough decisions. They haven't done it. They share the blame whether you like it or not.
If you owned a restaurant and let the manager run it into the ground when you could have stepped in, is he the only one that takes the blame?
03 May 2026 18:14:04
The great Edwards and his stooge Hughes are about to get found out. Buying players because of opportunism is different to actually having a plan.
03 May 2026 18:32:26
Spot on as always, Chewy.
03 May 2026 18:35:27
FSG own Liverpool. They have appointments in place, failing massively in their positions.
Skip the s***. They gave the go ahead for over half a billion in investment. Where's the return for it? This season has been a failure on all fronts. The signings are not worth what was paid for them, and the squad lacks in several positions. The club also failed in two windows, to sign 1 CB.
This all does not fall just on Slot.
If Slot is kept on, that's not on Slot, that's on those above him allowing the rot to continue.
We are not ruthless as a club, and it's held us back from further success. There's clearly a fear that ruthless means reckless. What's reckless is allowing the future of this club to be gambled on whether Slot wants to prioritise Holland. Simply bizarre. I'd sack the lot of them.
03 May 2026 18:43:06
Bingo.
03 May 2026 19:06:27
Jurgen Norbert Klopp was the "Saviour" of Liverpool Football not FSG.
Anybody saying it was not Jurgen Norbert Klopp is doing a great injustice to a great LFC manager.
Can anyone name me one PL team that FSG picked, or any tactical training session FSG conducted?
People who say if FSG had not come, then LFC would have gone to the wall and the Anfield Stadium would now have tumbleweed blowing through it, and probably waiting to be developed as a new Aldi, must believe in Father Christmas as well!!!
The most successful English Football Club "Ever" will never fade away into the abyss, our LFC family would never let it happen, Hillsborough and "You'll Never Walk Alone" is a lesson that has obviously not been learnt by a few, when a UK Government tried to close it for good, and were "routed" by the Hillsborough families and "Thank God" Justice.
YNWA 97 and 20.

Spot on, Ron. The only thing FSG needs to do is to take a hard look at what is happening at the club right now, cos those two bozos and their pony Slot are gonna ruin everything they and Klopp have built.
They had better seek true accountability and make sure that the standards don't drop. First, they have to make those bozos answer for why Slot was allowed to be in the job for this long with no change in sight and losing this many games.
And then, let them make the case as to why he should be kept.
They had better wise-up cos in the end, it's their asset. If they let their mates ruin it, then that's on them.
