Ed1 - I understand Salah contract was until next year. Have we allowed to let him go for free or we will be getting a fee for him?

Hey Ed001, I thought we had paid out the final year of his contract, but I saw you allude to the fact that both parties agreed to part ways with no further monies being paid in an answer over the weekend.
Is it the latter?
{Ed001's Note - Mo is not being paid up, not sure what the full arrangement is but Mo has defo left a lot of money on the table. It might be the full year but I am not 100% certain.}

I always thought that was the agreement that he is not in receipt of the final year of the contract thus releasing £18m from our annual wage bill next year.
