Evening eds, just wondering whether or not there is any interest from us in Junior Hoilett? Looks like a decent player with a great future
Cheers
Kenny2 {Ed001's Note - we have been keeping an eye on him, he has come on in leaps and bounds, so it is no surprise. There are a lot of clubs watching him, most of the Prem are.}

Liverpool are ready to seal a deal for Swiss striker Nicholas Hunziker, according to The Mirror.

The 15-year-old scored a hat-trick for his country's youth team on debut and has received rave reviews from the Anfield.

Kenny Dalglish reportedly sent his chief scout to watch Hunziker during the weekend, leaving Liverpool as favourites to land the striker.

Hi Ed is there any truth in this mate?

Ghandi Floss {Ed001's Note - I don't know sorry, the only Hunziker I know of is a model and I doubt she will be signing for us (unfortunately!).}

Im sure Kenny can sort something out.!
Anyway thanks for reply mate

Ghandi Floss

After a quick Google search, I agree Ed, it is unfortunate that Michelle won't be siging for us.

LIVERPRES {Ed001's Note - I have offered to help her settle in the area, in the event she does sign, which I thought was extremely good of me.}

ED001 is there any interest in Cahill as a possible Carragher replacement or is a move to spurs or chelsea more likely?

red87 {Ed001's Note - as far as I am aware there is and has never been any real interest in Cahill from Liverpool. City bid for him in the summer and Chelsea held talks with Bolton, but that is the only ones I know of that made serious moves for him. I do expect Spurs and Chelsea to be the two in for him in January, though I personally have yet to figure out why.}

Hi Ed i know Liverpool are interested in Leandro Damiao and we now have a good relationship with his club, and as far as i know they are going to be a feeder club with their up and coming talent (correct me if im wrong though). Some sites are saying that Ac Milan are front runners for Damiao because they also have a good relationship with Internacional since buying Pato from them 4 years ago...So in your opinion what do you rate our chances of signing him seeing that both LFC and AC have a good working relationship with Internacional.

Thanx

MJ {Ed009's Note - I imagine that it is roughly equal. He would not demand Champions League football immediately considering his age. It would come down to who could make a more attractive offer to the player and - importantly for South American players - his agent.}

Actually the feeder club relationship is with spurs, good solid relationship, they have taken sandro and also have a few of their youth squad regulary at spurs lodge, not going to say they are signing the player, but their is a very close affiliation between the two clubs

I think your confusing Nacional with Innternacional.

Hi Eds ,

Aint been on the site for a while but i hear Mata was ready to come to liverpool but Kenny blocked the deal is that true?

Raj {Ed002's Note - Not that I am aware of.}

I'm not surprised. This is where he wanted to go

Kenny, seems to want to stay British, but unfortunately that decision would have been a good idea 20 years ago. Different league altogether now an the cultural change is good for football, the league and the supporters. All British team would lack creativity going forward

Hey ed's with all these hazard rumours im just wondering has anybody from liverpool looked into his brothers?
Thorgan looks like he could be much better and is just 17 I think. Heard anything? {Ed002's Note - I don't know of any interest in him from Liverpool. Like Eden, I don't see Thorgan or their mother making the move to Anfield anytime soon.}

So all the rumours of the Cole connection was rubbish? If so with both teams doing well and nothing to say Cole is unhappy do you think the move could be made permanent? {Ed002's Note - There is no connection between the loan of Joe Cole to Lille and the purchase of Hazard by Liverpool - none whatsoever. There is no reason that Cole's move cannot be made permanent if agreement can be reached for (a) how much Lille will pay Liverpool; and (b) how much Liverpool will pay Cole. I suspect it will go through in the Summer.}

I can see his point cos eden says thorgan is the better player

Cheers for clearing that up ed

Hey eds,
Who do you think is more likely to sign in january, Gaston Ramirez or Adam Johnson? {Ed001's Note - Ramirez is more likely, as Johnson will only leave if City buy a replacement.}

And who's better in youre opinion? {Ed001's Note - Johnson, though his attitude off the pitch leaves a bit to be desired, he does need to be more professional.}

Eds - I have read that scouts from LFC were watching Brek Shea recently.....do you think that we will be making a move for him?

Thanks and great job with the site. {Ed002's Note - I don't know but he seems to have become pretty high profile this week. The pretty boy of US soccer but I am not convinced he is good enough for the upper end of the EPL.}

Higuain would not be surplus - it is like saying the Suarez will be surplus if Liverpool sign Kalou. They are short a striker already. The chances of Higuain moving to Liverpool are very slim indeed

While I completely agree with Ed002 that Higuain is highly unlikely to sign for Liverpool, I can't help wondering how Real Madrid will keep him happy if Benzema is first choice, Tevez signs in January and also when the proposed £53million deal for Neymar goes through. It would be a nice problem to have, but I imagine that all these quality strikers will want a starting place. Although it is more likely that Higuain will go to Italy to either Inter or Roma.
