Well eds how are ye getting on? Just a quick question for ye! Is there any lingering interest in Carroll from Spurs as I think they had once upon a time. Was just thinking he could be a replacement for Adebayor if he was on the way out. Probably just puutin 2 and 2 together but I wouldn't be too put out if it happened.

Thanks eds

Bulmer {Ed001's Note - AVB has never shown any interest in him that I am aware of, he didn't really want Adebayor for that matter!}

Fair enough ed sound for the reply

Bulmer

ed2 you said juve may make and offer plua a player, any ideas who the player/players could be?thanks

majestic69 {Ed002's Note - Giovinco.}

The only problem with that is that we now have Coutinho who can play in the same positions as Giovinco, with the bonus of being like 6 years younger.

Think he's a great little player, but he won't cope in the PL. have seen him in the Champions league and he gets pushed off the ball so easily.

Offer and Giovinco for who? {Ed002's Note - Suarez.}

Ed 2 is that the same player as they were willing to part with last year? {Ed002's Note - Right.}

No way jose! Suarez is staying put with Eriksen, Sanchez and Dede joining him at Anfield!

Giovinco is a good little player, but I would doubt we would do business for Suarez this summer unless the player indicates he wants the move or we get offered something stupid that is too good to turn down. I really do see Suarez at Liverpool next season and hopefully beyond that.

He used to be red hot on Football Manager {Ed002's Note - I rather suspect that Liverpool would have no interest in Giovinco in any case. However, they remain interested in Suarez and are well aware that they cannot match Bayern Munich financially - and they expect Manchester City to look to making a bid as well. There is a thought in Turin that Manchester City will seek to buy both Cavani and Suarez in the summer.}

Seek to buy .... {Ed002's Note - Your pig ignorance and abuse are exactly the reasons why most of the Eds won't even bother with this page.}

Class not world class

hey eds any interest in the young Bard Finne from Norway? Also what is the story with Yesil? Do you think he has a future at the club? May he get a chance in the first team next year? {Ed002's Note - He was a kid mentioned in regard to Manchester City but I recall nothing else. Yesil is injured.}

No your right no fee has been agreed but the player has decided he wants to go to spurs! It won't be us, united, city or milan as someone suggested

Hi eds - I've just read your reply as to erikson however (i know it's from twitter) sulia (whatever that is) is reporting that a web site have indicated that Liverpool have agreed a £12.4m deal already to take erikson to us in the summer.
I know it's a friend of a friend of a friend type rumour but is there any factual basis to it?

please feel free to use your cut & paste option if this has been answered

Cheers {Ed002's Note - I am not here to validate everything you read on Twitter and I explained the situation with Eriksen about an hour ago. I am at a loss what else to say.}

The article was from a web site. I think that speaks for itself!

More than 12.5m

Look in a web site web page it is confirmed? {Ed002's Note - You need to go back and read what I wrote about Eriksen before the collective orgasm of him joining.}

He won't join lfc, I believe he's off to spurs and FOR less than the £12.5m you stated!

No possibility you are wrong ed? {Ed002's Note - Of course. So if we accept that Eriksen has today agreed to join Liverpool we have no need to discuss him again.}

The website it came off was a web site, so I wouldn't hold my breath to be honest.

16 Apr 2013 17:54:13
It's on a website called a web site

Erikson will not end up at spurs, it will be us, man u man c, or milan.

A web site one of the first to report this and many following suit.

Enough said. a web site will jump to any conclusion it feels like to get readers.

According to them, we have a fee agreed for Eriksen, We've won the race to get aldeirwood and Alonso has definitely decided to leave Madrid for Liverpool in the Summer.

They say the best stuff. If only it wasn't total BS.

The week before they said fee for Eriksen was agreed with Tottenham.

Its pretty safe to say no fee is agreed with either club yet.

To be fare ed 02 I no your at a loss, but people come on here for your knowlage and wisdow hoping to grasp new info. After all that's why the site was made, so people will ask you questions over and over. ?

Cheers

Noel {Ed002's Note - Realistically Noel, people should check the posts to see what has already been dalt with. I explained the situation with Eriksen an hour earlier but people believe what they see on Twitter - we cannot be expected to respond in respect of everything they read.}

Hi Eds it's actually a web site which is spreading this rumour about the ajax transfer of christian eriksen

Please don't get your hopes up as it does say right at the end of the article Eriksen hasn't agreed anything himself!

DRS {Ed002's Note - I have explained the situation regarding Eriksen, at length and repeatedly.}

He's said he wants city or psg

Hi Eds,

Any chance we could revive our interest in Mauricio Isla this summer? Juventus want to pay Udinese full ownership for Asamoah, but not for Isla. The fee they owe Udinese is $9m (£7.5m), but they are not sure on him and are prioritising strikers for their summer budget. When S. Pepe returns from injury next season for Juve he will be even further down the pecking order.

He is a versatile player who can play wingback, right mid and as a DM. Is he happy being a permanent back-up player or instead have 1st team football in the Premier league? He's one of the four golden Chilean's with Sanchez, Vidal and Medel. A qualty player being held back.
RC {Ed002's Note - I would doubt it.}

Ed's

Has Ian Ayre has been in pro active discussions with Ajax of late? I just wanted to know if you have heard anything? Can only assume its regarding Eriksen if there is any truth behind it!

Apples '96'

{Ed002's Note - I don't believe there have been any discussions with Ajax and I remain of the opinion that it is very unlikely he will move to Liverpool.

AC Milan, Liverpool, Roma and Spurs remain the most interested clubs in Eriksen but I would personally not rule out PSG, Bayern Munich, Arsenal, Manchester City (although he has already rejected both Manchester City and Chelsea) or other previously interested clubs regaining interest in him. Back in July 2012 the Milan Press Office were convinced of interest from Manchester United and they let it be known that they expected a bid to be made by for Eriksen by them, although it came to nothing. The player remains adament that he will stay in Amsterdam until the end of next season before moving to Spain but would likely jump at the chance of a move to Real Madrid or Barcelona if the opportunity arises. However, Ajax will not let him run down his contract so a move beckons this summer. The player will see out the rest of the season at Ajax and see if he can attract attention from Spain, or perhaps Italy, whilst now himself courting both PSG and Manchester City as interest from Spain has not arisen. Whilst all of these clubs continue to watch the player, no one has yet come forward with a bid.}

Same old cut and paste answer! Pathetic! {Ed002's Note - Another embarrassment - would you like to shre where you have seen those words before? Simply another trolling coward.}

Ask the same question, get the same answer. I see Erikson asked about once a day at least - is Eds002 meant to come up with an innovative new way of explaining it every day? {Ed002's Note - There was a difference this time.}

Samsam9000 stop nominating yourself for melt of the year I asked if he heard of discussions were taking place.

Apples '96'

It was always going to be unlikely for Eriksen to arrive with champions league teams interested in him. Suppose you can't completely rule it out though. He'd develop more and play more regularly at Liverpool as oppose to going to PSG or City for example

Eds, with Erikssen courting the likes of City and PSG, is he simply looking for a money move and do you think Liverpool will at least bid for him? Thanks. {Ed023's Note - Read the posts please. Ed002 has explained the situation more than once}

I have no idea what a 'melt' is but I wasnt talking to you, I was talking to the guy with the 'copy and paste' comment

According to German newspaper 'Die Welt' Bayern have approached LFC to ask availability of two LFC players. Could just be newspaper talk as usual. Friend in Germany text me.

No way man!

The 2 players are Downing and Shelvey

Ed's, anything new with Julian draxler coming up this summer? Does he have a price tag? Or do you suspect that interested clubs will still meet a "not for sale" barrier? {Ed002's Note - Nothing has changed in regards of Draxler.}

Not a hope
