So here we have it all the rumours that Real Madrid have now made an offer for Suarez. We didn't see this one coming, did we? Have you heard anything about this Ed002? {Ed002's Note - I am expecting an offer and Real Madrid being keen to negotiate - we may have been here before.}

Do you think money plus morata ed? {Ed002's Note - I have explained the options - and I doubt Morata is one unless the cash drops considerably.}

Oh well see what tomorrow brings

I'll take di maria, £10m + Morata on loan.

I heard Real will offer £45 million and we'll sign Abel Hernandez and Andriy Yarmolenko for about £50 million but this was from dodgy gossip columns and crud sources.

I also Read Arsenal want Abel Hernandez. Personally, i'll be happy to sell Suarez as long as we get someone in who is able to score goals, I understand they won't be as exciting and dynamic but as long as they can chip in. It's about the squad not the individual.

We should tell madrid to f**k off and come back earlier next time. don't want another panic buy like when torres went or no replacement like with carrols loan

ed002 with borini moving to sunderland on loan(meant to be having a medical this evening) do you see us buying another attacker on top of moses? {Ed002's Note - Clubs don't typically buy in players to replace those on loan, they buy in players to replace those who are leaving or who have left. As an example, if Borini goes on loan, maybe Ibe, Morgan or one of the kids will get a shot. Continuing the example, if Suarez were to leave maybe an available forward, like Torres or Lewandowski, would come in.}

Ed002, having mentioned Lewandowski. is he a likely target should Suarez leave?

Oh Ed002 did you have to mention Torres, here come the Torres posts again {Ed002's Note - It is always good to give examples of players that are available. Torres is available and there is a very good chance he could be sold today. Many, many posters here still crave his return.}

Taking the emotion out of things, as an alternative for the role Sturridge plays Torres is a similar player. For the right deal it wouldn't be the worst signing.

He scored twenty goals last season and there aren't many strikers who did that in the Prem and are available.

There's going to be a bid for Suarez coming I. From Madrid tomorrow. Expect Liverpool to reject it but there is a chance for one last twist in this window!

If they can give players and cash then we should consider it I think

Hi Eds, Eds 001 or 002, I read a report from a spanish journo saying that Suarez to Madrid is almost done. Do you think a deal has been discussed under the radar between the two clubs or is it just speculative writing? Sorry to bash on about Suarez. {Ed001's Note - I am not aware of it being almost done, but I would not be surprised if they made a fresh bid for him.}

No they will be back up {Ed001's Note - Ibe is only 17.}

I cannot think of a single sensible reason to loan either of them out. Our squad isn't that deep and they'll get game time at Anfield this season.

Neither. Ibe is too young, and Sterling is needed

Can't see both going out. Maybe Sterling. Pool don't seem to have success with loans in or out. Most players who go out don't ever come back

In BR's post match interview he said that he was hoping to sign Shay Given, however, he added, it may well 'go down to the wire' tomorrow.

Is Borini injured today because he isn't on the bench? Seems strange to leave him out of the squad when the bench looks thin? Could be some legs to the loan rumour

Borini is not even on the bench today, so there might be some truth to it.

Strange that he's not on the bench Ed, I don't think he's injured, which again is a little strange? My nose is twitching. The bench is full of kids today, which is brilliant and a great learning curve for all of them. The atmosphere will be amazing

I've heard that Roma might be keen on Borini. No idea how accurate that is though.

Ed2 - he has already agreed a Sunderland loan deal!

Read somewhere yesterday he actually asked to be loaned out for playing time. with Moses coming in he would fall further down for a chance to get any quality playing time.

The Guardian are reporting that the Moses deal is done and that a £1M fee will be paid, there is no option to buy included. He "rejected" West Bromwich Southampton and Everton. Hope he is a shrewd a deal as Coutinho and Sturridge, and that we can make it permanent if that's the case. Loving the end of this window if it goes as it seems at the moment. :) {Ed002's Note - The deal is not done yet but will likely be completed.}

MOses is a technically gifted player with speed and strength and I am in no doubt that he will be a success at Anfield.

I would have liked to see a slightly more permanent LW player joining us but as that is now unlikely I think Moses will do okay. I'm personally not a fan of the player but I hope he does well for the club.

If he is successful at Liverpool than I expect us to be able to make it a permanent deal for around £6M as he will want to stay and he knows he is unlikely to get in the Chelsea team ahead of Hazard, Oscar, Mata, De Bruyne, Schurlie or even Atsu.

Well Moses cost Chelsea around £9 million so he clearly has some ability but he also has a physical presence. Sometimes a bit of muscle comes in handy and we are a bit short of power in the squad. I can think of players I'd prefer but if this goes through we've got him for a season and he's another option on the pitch isn't he?

If he is a success I doubt we will get him for 6M.More like double that.

I really liked Moses when he was at Wigan and felt we missed out when he went to Chelsea. I think he is powerful, technically gifted and quick, and he will work his socks off for 90minutes. I think he could be a success at Liverpool and will certainly fit BR's style over Moaninho's.

Sturridge, Coutinho, Aspas, Suarez, Moses, Sterling, Ibe

I really like the look of that, and if we do get another (Yarmolenko? unlikely I know) then that group is top top quality
