Hi any interested in burak yilmaz from gala? Looks a gr8'attacking option {Ed002's Note - Burak Yilmaz has attracted interest in the past year from Sevilla, Spurs, Fulham, Dortmund, Beyer Leverkusen and Newcastle. There are also unconfirmed rumours of interest from Liverpool dating from as long ago as early June. Lazio and Lokomotiv Moscow have both spoken with the player after the clubs agreed that they would meet the asking price from Galatasaray - but I would think that has now risen with his recent performances. Atletico Madrid are very keen to discuss a move for the player.}

Looked good against schalcke

Any idea if Grenier may have been the player we scouted from Lyon? he looks a real tidy player in the few games I have seen him play

Is he a right back? If so I think we are well covered there for many years to come.

No he's a centre mid kinda the creative type also a good eye for goal

Could be lovren

If he's French he will go to Newcastle

Surely Lovren was the subject of attention?

SMc {Ed002's Note - Lovren is attracting interest from a number of English clubs and has been watched by representatives of Sunderland, Everton, Chelsea, Stoke and Liverpool in addition to Barcelona and Hamburg. With Hamburg close to agreeing a deal for a centre back I suspect their interest will drop off. He could well be available at the right price in the summer, but Aulas will look for a higher fee from English sides if he sells - perhaps why he has explained which clubs have shown an interest in Lovren.}

Eds- what is your opinion on inan and what is our interest level. Can you also do a profile on him. I have a good sense about him {Ed002's Note - If you want a profile for him you need to go to the profiles page and ask the chaps there.

Galatasaray's Selcuk Inan has been interesting Rubin Kazan, Liverpool and Tavriya Simferopol and whilst it was clear in January that nothing would be happening before the summer, AC Milan has stepped in to seek discussions as early as possible. Gala has identified Alonso as a potential replacement.}

What is your opinion of him as a player eds {Ed002's Note - I prefer to avoid giving opinions on players as far as possible. It is, in most cases, subjective nonsense. I have found many football fans prefer and have better opinions of players that they are subliminally sexually attracted to. I shall no doubt be writing further on this subject in the future.}

Very funny:)

Hello Eds,
are we still interested in Adam Maher and would he be available?
I remember Ed001 mentioned we were scouting him heavily a while back.
Also is there a chance Reina might stay?

Really will be over the moon with a summer window of getting De Vrij, a decent left footed CB (Ogbonna), Maher and someone versatile in attack as Heung Min Son/Adrian Lopez so we don't suffer if Daniel Sturridge is injured. Reckon all of these will be on the move come summer?

{Ed002's Note - (1) Back in the day Liverpool, Leicester, West Ham, Augsburg and Manchester City enquired about Adam Maher. More recently Hamburg and Arsenal have made their interest clear but the player has said he will not move unless he can beassured of playing in the first team and would rather stay where he is for a couple of years to develop. (2) Of course he might stay. (3) There is interest from Liverpool in De Vrij. (4) Ogbonna - there is no interest right now. Since last spring, PSG, Roma, AC Milan and Manchester United have all made enquiries with Torino regarding the sale of Ogbonna who at one time interested Arsenal and Lyn Oslo. The summer might be a likely time to move. (5) A number of clubs, including Liverpool, have been looking at Hamburg's Heung Min Son for the past year. Certainly Spurs, Sunderland, Lille and West Ham have had him watched on more than one occasion leading up to the end of last year and Spurs had a bid turned down in January. Since the New Year some interest has been shown by Dortmund, Manchester United, CSKA Moscow and Chelsea, who would look to a deal that sees a player as part of an offer. Hamburg would like to keep him and I expect him to move in the summer, but a move to Chelsea or Manchester United could see him sat on the bench and that may not be what he wants. (6) I understand that there was a direct approach from Arsenal to Atletico Madrid about the Adrian Lopez but nothing came of it in January. Spurs showed interest in the player during the summer but their bid was rejected. Whilst Atletico are looking to hang on to Lopez and are looking to have him agree a new contract they are aware that a move away is likely and are actively looking for a replacement - as they are for Falcao who they also expect to move for in the summer.}

Thanks for such a detailed reply Ed.

Really don't know why someone disagreed with the post as I thought the players mentioned are class and have potential to be even better and most importantly are more or less within our price range. Don't know why people bother with names like Sanchez, Ozil, alonso when it is clear they won't be arriving.

Re: above, some people are just trolls.

Hi Ed's, I just wanted to know which clubs have confirmed interested in Suarez. I know Juventus has and so has Bayern Munich are there any others? Thanks. {Ed002's Note - Previously Palermo and PSG were interested as well - for now Bayern Munic, who would like to pair him with Falcao, and Juventus who see him as an option to work with Llorente are the two most interested sides. It is perfectly likely that Manchester City might also become interested if other targets are unobtainable.}

Interesting stuff Ed. So apparently Bayern too a interested in Falcao. {Ed002's Note - Bayern has set aside the funds necessary to work with the new manager and a number of high profile targets have been identified.}

Agree with Eds on this on I think City will get involved could end up in a bidding war pushing the price up to £50 million. I have always felt he could go this summer but much may depend on Barcelona as he said initially that this was a project he wanted. I do also think there is still an outside chance he will stay for one more season but much will depend upon LFC progress

The only good news about this that his value is just going up and up must be worth nearly 60m now surely

Hi Eds, are Micah Richards, Bremens Papastathopoulos, and Will Hughes realistic targets and have Liverpool any interest in any of them? cheers ant {Ed001's Note - we tried to get Richards in the past but City refused to discuss selling him. Depends who takes over in the summer there I would say. No idea and yes, but he is not going to come cheap. Hughes is very much being scouted, though his form has dipped, so it might be the reports are not complimentary.}

Richards is the one i'd go for as he would most likely be available and can cover right back as well as center back.

I live in derby and whist at sixth form, we were drawn against repton private school (where Will Hughes was). Playing against him he was nothing special. Fair, he did run rings around us, but there are much better younger prospects.

Lol nothing special but ran rings round uz!!?

You rate Mancini's going to go then ed? if he doesn't go, would the situation stay the same, as in them not wanting to get ride of Richards?

Cheers {Ed001's Note - Mancini is very much on the verge of leaving, Citeh have made overtures to other managers in recent weeks. He is extremely popular with the fans, but that is not going to protect him, if the right man becomes available or performances don't improve. It is unlikely Richards will be available, due to other defenders being likely to move on, such as Lescott and Kolo Toure.}

Richards is always injured and falls into the Athlete category. Sooner have a great footballer that's hardly ever injured.
