Hi Ed. Morena must be exiting this summer. He is not a reliable back up and certainly won't push robertson to maintain form. Any experienced LB being looked at for squad or promising Youngsters. can't see sessignon coming and he's not really a defensive LB that gets forward more of bale type player.
{Ed001's Note - off the top of my head I do not know of any one I haven't mentioned in previous posts. I doubt one performance will have changed the thinking on Moreno, but he would have gone last summer if Sevilla had been able to raise the funds to buy him.}

They won’t even accept £50m for him, not to mention him not being a LB, as well as every team in the world monitoring him.
Obviously would be a pleasant surprise but don’t hold your breath we have much higher priorities than LB.

Adam23. Agree we have a chance but not really a LB. As a cardiff fan watch a lot of championship. Spends more time upfront than defence. But would an exciting winger option.

Imo. Fulham will be in prem next year. He'll either stay for 1st team chances or signs with loan option for year. Personally can see him at london club like spurs.

Defence definatley needs to the priority from a buying better than we already have perspective. Other areas we just need decent cover/ rotation players, mainly the Mane/ Salah positions.

Is buy someone who can play right back and cover left. Robertson starts left back and the other guy right, taa can cover and get game time midfield maybe.

Bertrand would be grand backup to Robertson, but Redmond!? He of zero goals in 19 starts and 9 sub appearances this season? He can't even get into the team at a relegation club. Your standard of 'really good' must be 'pretty low'.

Ed002 I'm sure ed001 has said many times were after a right back and Trent is going to be a midfielder it's thought. He can have game time in midfield and right back if we bought a new right back still.
