Where do you see the club heading with the new injuries that came out at Cb.

Ed02 a friend who works for Man City says the information they are getting is that a deal with Southampton has been agreed to buy VVD in Jan.

Take it is not something you have heard?

{Ed002's Note - Manchester City are buying a CB in January and I am aware of a list of 6 or 7 being considered including VVD. I am not aware of any agreement having been reached at this time.}

god i hope mancity land VVD. i know he is our target for a while but i really don't see how he will at all improve that defense, he is himself prone to moments of stupidity.

Think we will go for De Vrij. And the another CB in the summer that may not be VVD (hope City get him considering they have lots of money to waste) . KOulibaly would be ideal but lots of competition for him.

i think it is weird we didn't go for someone like Manolas when it was clear we didn't het our cb. he is imo a much better defender than vvd, and would prob be available for less money aswell.

Out of interest Ed002 was the low Bid because didn't rate the player or didn't rate the need fir CB?

Wow that Malcom of Bordeaux looks an absolute superstar in the making. Has it all. Pace, power, trickery, vision and an absolute hammer of a left foot. Any possibility Liverpool might look to him as a cheaper alternative to maybe lemar if and when coutino goes eds?

{Ed002's Note - Three clubs have spoken to Bordeaux about him recently. Some thime back Liverpool showed an interest but I am not aware of the interest being back at this time.}
