Flanagan hasn't been picked for the EL squad. I find that kinda odd. But smith Tex and caulker has been.

Because I don`t think the lad can play two games a week well not this year with him getting back to fitness.

He's not fit enough to play too many games. Hell get his chance in other competitions.

Crookieee you're presuming he will be starting in the league games. Surely it would've made sense to put him in the squad.
If Clyne gets injured now who plays right back in Europe? And don't say bloody Randall.

If we had to, I'd play Milner at RB. Has the energy, has played there in games for previous clubs and it gets him away from the front area.

150k a week for a RB. Now that's financial management.

Morning eds
Can you see any of the returning players to training this week fit enough to be included in the squad v Sunderland?

{Ed001's Note - everyone bar Sturridge should be fit enough to be considered. Not sure any will be ready to start though.}

Cheers ed, do you no how far away Sturridge is mate?

{Ed001's Note - Klopp has said, he needs 10 days of unbroken training in a row, so he is a week away at least.}

Ok mate, fingers crossed then the way Klopp has managed him results in him being fit and available for longer periods moving forward.

I have a dream. That his mid-season 'mini preseason' will have had exactly the desired effect and he will go on to play 50 games a season for us from now on.
Positive thinking, positive thinking, positive thinking.

If he returns just for the last game of the season, plays 80 minutes he'll go. He is a huge talent and Roy will pick him if fit regardless of game time.

If he gets injured again, he's got no chance of going to the euros, Kane and Rooney are shoe ins, probably vardy too, one spot up for grabs probably, Walcott as a winger.
