There is a news coming in just now that Liverpool are willing to match same package for van dyk as city offered.

Believable12 Unbelievable25

04 Jun 2017 20:13:09
I think it's too little too late. He'll go to city.

Agree10 Disagree12

04 Jun 2017 20:25:23
Sorry but he won't.

Agree8 Disagree7

04 Jun 2017 20:36:03
From the Liverpool Echo. Perhaps news to pacify the fans.

Agree11 Disagree1

04 Jun 2017 20:45:37
It just doesn't look professional messing him around like that. City have been decisive we look like amateurs and I would not be surprised if he said no.

Agree13 Disagree7

04 Jun 2017 20:48:46
I hope personally he doesn't come to LFC for the money we would spend on him. Overrated for me. Even by today's standards of crazy moeny being spent on transfers its an insane amount for a player who has talent and age on his side, but other than that. not a whole lot.

Agree15 Disagree7

04 Jun 2017 20:58:04
Alansbarnet I love your positivity mate. I think he is Citeh bound though.

Agree4 Disagree3

04 Jun 2017 21:00:40
For the amount that is being reported I'd have much preferred we just went and got Mendy, then worry about CB when there are better options available.

Agree19 Disagree2

04 Jun 2017 21:33:53
Gareth-if he's got talent and age on his side what else do you want? Good looks?

Agree9 Disagree0

04 Jun 2017 22:52:27
Spot on, Gareth. The VVD deal at 60m would be madness and I would be chuffed if he didn't come here cos that deal makes no sense. He is not worth that amount and has massive lapses in his game. City are desperate cos they have spent 200m on CB's over three years and none of those signings are any good so he has to deliver now so he is throwing money at this situation cos he failed royally last season. We have issues elsewhere at both FB positions, CM and out wide (hopefully Salah deal will come through) and that is where our focus should be.

Agree7 Disagree4

04 Jun 2017 23:29:55
no cobra, i am saying these are his attributes but for me he lacks in many departments. I think sometimes people believe the hype. If a defender in particular (normally cost less than strikers etc) will cost 60-70 million he better be amazing! Otherwise find someone willing who has talent and won't screw the clubs financial. yes, we have money but why blow it on someone unless you know for near certainty he will secure you a higher position and put in near flawless performances. i don't see that from him at all.

Agree2 Disagree0

05 Jun 2017 02:28:18
VVD is good but is he 60mil and 200k/ week type of good? I really don't know. While it is nice that we can challenge the likes for City and Chelsea for his signature, I hope that if its true, VVD will pick us because he wants to play for Klopp and not because its money motivated. Of course, money speak volumes these days and who can blame them? But apart from money, I think coming to Liverpool makes more sense because he should know that he'll be the main man in defense, and we need him more than City or Chelsea.

Agree2 Disagree0

05 Jun 2017 02:56:36
We don't even know if City have actually moved for Van Dijk, that they have paid 70 million, or have offered a 200,000 week packet. the media are just spreading these stories because it creates news. The easiest way to make news is to spread it yourself and then give up to date information on the same news they have made up. A dishonest but effective system as you can continue to quote insiders and sources without having to reveal even a modicum of information.

I have long since learned to ignore the media. Especially when places, such as Sky Sports, create and promote certain stories out of thin air and then try and make you place a bet on them. The most recent example would be Iker Casillas, he was being touted as a player in talks with Liverpool by Sky Sports and, the next day, Sky Sports were directing people who viewed their site and people who watched on the Tv to place their bets. All for the purpose of making money from chumps who believed what they were saying.

Personally, I am happy to wait and see what happens. To wait for news from the Editors on this site as they are honest, brutally so at times, but still always honest, or when a signing is announced by the club officially.

Otherwise it means very little, the news may get a story right now and then but I bet, if you took every story of theirs and attempted to find out how many of them were proven correct, you would see a very low percentage.

So, if I was you, I wouldn't believe every story about Van Dijk, Lacazette, Keita and many others. End of the day, places like the Dail Mail or Express are not here to inform, they are here to sell papers and that is it.

05 Jun 2017 04:18:58
Mendy will cost over 40 million pounds and that is not overrated in terms of transfer fee?

Agree2 Disagree2

05 Jun 2017 06:32:46
No he's probably in the top 3 lbs in thr world.

Champions leagye semi finalist and ligur 1 winner.

Agree5 Disagree2

05 Jun 2017 07:09:42
I really like VVD but I echo what has been said, £200k p/ w just can't happen, your going to get the majority of the squad knocking on the door asking for a pay rise if that happens.

Agree2 Disagree0

04 Jun 2017 16:19:25
Liverpool agree £35 mill fee for Mohamed Salah with Roma.

Believable29 Unbelievable5

Read that Roma asking £39m but will accept £35m. But articles doesn't state that we agreed.
Only says ee agree to personal terms of 90k/ w.

Were is everyonr getting this from Ed do you know?

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed025's Note - yes mate its all over the internet, the thing is though that unless they get a pre-contract agreement then other teams could come in with a better offer and there is still nearly a month to go before the window opens..

04 Jun 2017 17:30:26
Is that what we are trying to sort now then mate a pre contract agreement?

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed025's Note - it sounds like its heading that way KR, but i cant say for certain mate..

04 Jun 2017 18:24:11
Is there any known interest in Salah from anywhere else? Cheers Ed.

Agree1 Disagree0

{Ed001's Note - yes mate, but we are in pole position, he feels he has something to prove in England.}

04 Jun 2017 18:39:03
Ed1 Who would you have preferred out of the wide players we are supposedly interested in?

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed001's Note - well I would have preferred Klopp to get his first choice, as he has shown good judgement so far. I haven't really seen anyone that stood out, that wasn't 29+ this season other than Salah. So I would not complain at him, even if I am not yet fully convinced by him.}

04 Jun 2017 19:04:09
Ed are you saying salah wasn't klopps first choice winger? If not do you know who was? Thanks mate, sorry to bug ya. Either way I think it will be a good positive signing.

Agree0 Disagree2

{Ed001's Note - Brandt, as has been said many times. No idea if he would have been better, but Klopp has shown better judgement than I so far, so I would prefer him to get the ones he wants. Not always possible though, so we have to go with what is possible.}

04 Jun 2017 19:28:14
Mane wasn't first choice though was he ed?

Agree1 Disagree0

{Ed001's Note - I am just saying that it would be nice to get the first choice ones, not that it always matters.}

04 Jun 2017 19:42:28
Oh yeah, brandt. Any idea why that hasn't happened? Forgot about that. I been looking here at your opinions rather than the papers. Papers just fuelled by greedy agents whereas you've shown real insight. Appreciate it. Can I just ask. Is klopp seriously looking for CM? I feel that's one area we are well covered for. Always good to add depth though. No chance of signing brandt too?

Agree0 Disagree1

{Ed001's Note - thank you, but Brandt is off due to his desire to have guaranteed first team football.}

04 Jun 2017 20:04:25
Jonny do you really read the page because you have asked the same questions asked all week. 🤣🤣.

Agree10 Disagree0

04 Jun 2017 20:13:22
Sorry I wasn't very clear there. Are we seriously looking to land a top central midfielder? As I said, we seem well covered in that position. When I say top I'm talking Hendo level or above. I guess with lucus leaving we could add someone but 50 mil reports for kieta have worried me a little. Like someone said here earlier. Lb and lw and that'll do. We already have a damn fine team.

Agree0 Disagree1

{Ed001's Note - sorry I missed the question about the CM. Yes we are interested in a central midfielder to improve the team. Keita was the choice, not sure who is next on the list right now. I would think it will be something the club will come back to when other positions are sorted, if possible.}

04 Jun 2017 20:54:05
Yeah of course I read the page. Granted I only found it a few days ago. Sorry for asking questions that you've already answered. Obviously I didn't see that or I wouldn't have asked.

Agree5 Disagree0

04 Jun 2017 21:20:44
Good to see Ed25 being so active here but I just love Ed001. Cool. And wish we sign a decent LB as well as CB and a RB as though I like clyne but his end product is rather disappointing. Again thanks all the Ed's.

Agree0 Disagree0

05 Jun 2017 02:35:47
Hi Eds, you mentioned that Brant wants to have guaranteed first team action. Is this a normal thing to ask for? I mean, how can a manager guarantee a starting spot when a lot depends on how he performs and adapts to the prem league? What motivation will players get in training, if they know they will be picked even if they are lazy or not up to scratch? If you say he wants to add a performance based bonus, that would make more sense. On one hand, it is good that he's showing that he wants to play week in week out, but on the other hand, its a bit disrespectful to be demanding a spot in the starting line up when everyone else has to fight for their spot in training. If he's good enough, he'll be picked anyways.

Agree0 Disagree1

{Ed002's Note - It happens regularly and obviously if the player is performing poorly he won't expect to be picked. You seem to have taken this to an extreme position.}

04 Jun 2017 21:32:11
And one more thing Ed001 I believe klopp will look to Dahoud from gladbach, Anderson from lazio and Christopher Kramer of gladbach though he is cdm but he is quite similar in technique but not upto level of modric. He is young and can improve just the kloppo way.

Agree0 Disagree3

05 Jun 2017 03:42:21
How is it disrespectful? he's a young player that wants to play so he can develop his game. If he can't move to a team where he plays regularly he'll stay put. This isn't some ready made superstar with an ego demanding he starts every game. very different scenarios.

Agree1 Disagree0

05 Jun 2017 07:11:47
Dahoud is already off to Dortmund, got agreed months ago.

Agree0 Disagree0

04 Jun 2017 15:50:16
So yeah Salah deal done and VVD going to City.

04 Jun 2017 15:44:01

04 Jun 2017 14:54:36
Has Markovic been sold? Did I miss this completely?

Believable0 Unbelievable0

{Ed025's Note - no mate..

04 Jun 2017 16:14:39
Damn.

Agree4 Disagree2

04 Jun 2017 14:14:29
Sunday Express reporting that we are going to bid for £50 million rated Lacazette.

Believable6 Unbelievable6

04 Jun 2017 14:29:47
So £60m for VVD, £50m for Keita, +- £40m for Salah and then £50m for Lacazette.

Pure fanatsy.

Agree10 Disagree5

04 Jun 2017 14:32:50
Not going to happen. He'll end up at Arsenal or United.

Agree6 Disagree4

04 Jun 2017 14:42:11
Proper 20 goals season striker who will take us closer to the league and CL. He will bang in plenty.

Agree13 Disagree4

04 Jun 2017 14:47:31
Why would he go to arsenal!

Agree10 Disagree1

04 Jun 2017 15:04:50
Imagine adding sturridge in his 13/ 14 pomp.

Will do wonders for us.

Lb and lw and thatll do.

Agree8 Disagree3

04 Jun 2017 15:07:48
Should go all out to sign him, proven goalscorer who no doubt would improve us.

Agree5 Disagree1

04 Jun 2017 15:08:05
his record is great but is there a reason he hasn't left for a big club earlier? he also didn't make the French squad for the euros which sends alarm bells ringing.

Agree2 Disagree2

04 Jun 2017 15:11:03
But it won't be for us, simply because we aren't prepared to make these sorts of deals happen. We'll probably end up signing that lad who has scored all those goals at Nice, because he's a bit cheap.

Agree3 Disagree5

04 Jun 2017 15:21:04
At what expense of others contributing Harry?

Agree1 Disagree1

04 Jun 2017 15:25:26
The fact thay he doesn't play for one of thr "big clubs" is probably why.

And are we seriously even considering questions a players loyalty in this day and age. Should be saluted. No doubt been inudated with offers over the past few seasons.

Agree1 Disagree2

04 Jun 2017 15:30:45
Max
Sturridge.

Agree0 Disagree2

04 Jun 2017 20:38:53
The Express and Sunday People, hardy credible sources though.

I think if Salah comes in, we might not see a striker.

Agree2 Disagree0

04 Jun 2017 20:50:07
Welcome back Harry 😀 hope you are well. just out of curiosity who do you want us to buy I did look through post but didn't notice if you already said.

04 Jun 2017 12:56:35
Damari Grey will be done over the next few days 12 - 15 million.

Believable2 Unbelievable25

04 Jun 2017 13:17:15
Don't know what the thumbs down is all about but this will happen and at paddy power you can still get 5/ 1 I have put my money where my mouth is.

Agree2 Disagree20

04 Jun 2017 13:42:00
I don't doubt it, it's just a typical Liverpool signing, linked with the some of the best, and then get grey.

Agree12 Disagree6

04 Jun 2017 13:43:37
The price isn't too high and I think he's got potential but he's apparently leaving for first team opportunities so joining us make little sense.

Agree6 Disagree8

04 Jun 2017 14:00:13
Left winger but message to academy isn't great, not sure he is anything that special from what I have seen of him.

Agree5 Disagree1

04 Jun 2017 14:02:21
Oh crikey. There's that word again "potential". Sorry but he's very very average at best and that's all he ever will be. He's not got the intelligence to be a top level player, you can't make a silk purse out of a sows ear.

Agree7 Disagree2

04 Jun 2017 14:10:34
****ing potential again, getting embarrassing at this stage,

Agree6 Disagree2

04 Jun 2017 14:15:30
It isn't happening in a couple of days or at all. He's not a player that Liverpool want or that Leicester want to sell, given that Mahrez wants out.

Agree6 Disagree0

04 Jun 2017 14:28:26
Robbie fowler and Michael Owen were once players with potential. Give em a chance. Klopp knows the way.

Agree3 Disagree7

04 Jun 2017 14:36:48
Liverpool fans showing their true colours again.

Agree6 Disagree7

04 Jun 2017 14:44:34
Not required to buy another winger. We need full backs and top draw CM.

Agree0 Disagree4

04 Jun 2017 14:54:43
What's fowler and Owen got to do with anything. I could quote a lot more flops than success stories.

Agree4 Disagree1

04 Jun 2017 14:55:08
Thing is that Owen and Fowler were genuine supremely talented youngsters who were always good enough to make it, their awareness, intelligence and end product was far above their years. Demerai Gray has none of the qualities needed at the highest level and never will have, you cannot coach that into a player.

Agree7 Disagree0

04 Jun 2017 15:08:09
Of course. I'm not comparing grey to fowler or solanke to Owen. My point was. Let's give them a chance before we judge too harshly. Personally I like the fact that promising youngsters are choosing liverpool.

Agree1 Disagree0

04 Jun 2017 14:37:14
You know we have invested more than bayern real madrid etc. its being ridiculous investing in potential again. if it was players like calhanoglou (just an example he is not needed for us) or bernardo silva. who are rated highly and perform at the moment too that's what we need. what's your opinion ed001?

Agree0 Disagree1

{Ed001's Note - of what? Gray? Our spending? Bayern Munich's signings? Bernardo Silva?}

04 Jun 2017 15:27:33
If we can get him for a similar price we sell Markovic for I will be happy.

Agree0 Disagree0

04 Jun 2017 15:35:04
Thing is Jonny, Solanke is widely accepted as a talented player, and at 2/ 3m it's a good deal. But 15m for Gray? No way. He's never shown anything to suggest that he's got what it takes at the top level.

Agree6 Disagree0

04 Jun 2017 16:04:08
Is he an artist that new CM, or just top 'draw', second coming aha?

Agree0 Disagree0

04 Jun 2017 16:24:40
Fair enough frankly. Didn't realise we were talking 15 mil for grey. I don't know much about the guy so I can't comment on his ability. I'd rather we bought 1 proven striker than 3 maybes sure. But most proven strikers were maybes once I guess. I fully trust klopp. That was my point really.

Agree2 Disagree0

04 Jun 2017 20:40:06
Gray makes no sense with the younger wingers like Ojo, Woodburn, Wilson as well as the likes of Kent and Markovic still on the books.

Agree4 Disagree0

04 Jun 2017 22:57:57
Gray is not coming here as he is not even better than those we have in our U23's. That transfer news a a nothing burger and it ain't going to happen.

Agree4 Disagree0

04 Jun 2017 12:22:18
Well now the Echo are reporting that reports last night of VVD agreeing to City were very premature.

And just to add on that, who actually reported that? The Mirror? They're not even reliable!

Believable10 Unbelievable1

04 Jun 2017 12:33:12
I wouldn't be surprised if a supposed agreement with City fell through because VVD was like, 'No, please Soton! I don't wanna go to City! Let me go to Liverpool! '

Agree6 Disagree1

04 Jun 2017 12:34:38
Maybe more suited to the eds but open to anyone.
Do you think there is an element of panicking from all clubs.

A scramble to get deals done. Huge amounts of tv money. I get this is now how the market looks in terms of money but a player can have 1 good season and see his value rocket, do u think clubs launch money at a name rather than having a detailed look and spending the required time to make sure the player suits.

Are teams buying best available and not best foe the system.

Agree2 Disagree0

{Ed025's Note - i think they are lee, clubs are certainly offering over the odds for players because they dont want to lose out...and aint them scumbag low life agents just loving it?..

04 Jun 2017 13:08:07
I'm sure they are mate.

Agree1 Disagree0

04 Jun 2017 13:30:53
I think this may be true, pay the fee now, clubs accept cos they have time to replace, wait any longer and they may be forced to pay even more or go for a second of third choice down the line and pay an equally large sum, just for someone else who wasn't first choice.

Agree1 Disagree0

04 Jun 2017 14:16:30
Agents do this all the time in order to essential set the starting price on a player before the club (in this case Southampton) can do it for them. It typically provoked a bidding war. You'll notice that nobody bit. That's very telling.

Agree1 Disagree0

04 Jun 2017 12:16:19
All I'll say is don't write off VVD just yet 😎.

Believable5 Unbelievable5

04 Jun 2017 12:24:33
Come on mate don't leave us hangin. do elaborate.?

Agree1 Disagree1

04 Jun 2017 12:53:05
I reckon we just offer £60m for VVD and Bertrand.
Take it or leave it.

Agree2 Disagree3

04 Jun 2017 14:01:46
They'll leave it, we're in a sellers market at moment.

Agree4 Disagree0

{Ed025's Note - very true freshst..

04 Jun 2017 14:10:21
Can I ask the eds. Who do expect us to sign. Salah and Robertson sound great to me. Grey I'm not sure on, don't know much about him or solanke. Do you expect the latter two to be in first team squad? Thanks. Your insight is fantastic. Nice to hear people who know their stuff. P. s. Give me a snug fitting pair of gola over fancy uncomfortable Nike any day.

Agree0 Disagree2

{Ed025's Note - i would say at this stage salah and robertson would seem the most likely jonny but im sure there will be others that will be kept under wraps and come as a bit of a surprise mate..being the youngest in the family i was the king of the cast offs and so most of my footwear was "nearly new", but i must admit i looked good in my sisters red high heels.. :)

04 Jun 2017 14:56:56
Brilliant Ed025.

Some right dome mungers on here. Ask yourself if you trust klopp instinct on players ir as are manager? if u do stop slating players when they have not even kicked a ball for us yet and if you trust klopp slate him nit the players that ain't even at are club yet. look at gini most of u slated him and yet been one of are best players.

Believable5 Unbelievable4

04 Jun 2017 12:05:39
Klopp's transfer dealings at Dortmund were excellent. There's absolutely no reason whatever to believe that he won't do a damn fine job at Liverpool.

Agree16 Disagree1

04 Jun 2017 14:03:12
I think Klopp could work far more under the radar during early days at Dortmund. Now anyone he is interested in will get more attention and double or triple in price.

Agree1 Disagree0

04 Jun 2017 14:15:03
This is not Dortmund and not the bundesliga, we're competing with 5 other clubs for players not 1, you can't compare the two, ridiculous to try.

Agree4 Disagree1

04 Jun 2017 14:37:41
He also had a competent and experienced team of people behind the scenes. Can't exactly say he has that here.

04 Jun 2017 10:40:33
Hi Eds

Rumours again this morning about Lacazette again this morning and that we're meeting his representatives this week. I know it's probably rubbish, especially as it's someone I've wanted to see at the club for a while, but can you offer any insight Eds, would we be in for him and would he be interested in us. From what I've seen of him he looks a cracking finisher.

Believable0 Unbelievable1

{Ed001's Note - I don't know of any interest from us. All I know is that, with his move to Atleti on the rocks, he is considering his options but still wants to move on this summer.}

04 Jun 2017 10:58:35
I guess he will end up at UTD or Arsenal. ( both looking at high end strikers )

Agree3 Disagree1

04 Jun 2017 11:20:00
It's not going to happen. These are the owners that thought Balotelli would be an adequate replacement for Saurez.

Agree5 Disagree11

04 Jun 2017 12:06:21
Quite frankly, Frankly, FSG don't conduct performance appraisals of recruitment targets. They trust the club to do that.

Agree7 Disagree1

04 Jun 2017 12:32:29
Fsg are just worried abut making profit that is what businessmen do.

Agree0 Disagree9

{Ed025's Note - so does every club KDK, what do you want from them?..to say here,s £500m go and get who you want mr klopp, FSG have invested a lot of money into the LFC project and deserve a bit more credit imo, sometimes you sound like spoilt brats who want the latest nike trainers even they know their mum cant afford them..

04 Jun 2017 12:59:37
Class reply, fifa or kids today.

Agree8 Disagree1

04 Jun 2017 13:04:36
Absolutely spot on Eds, although Gola were the trainers of choice in my day haha, of course they're in it to make money why else, but what you have to look at is how they're trying to do that, they're investing and improving the whole time not taking and taking . some people will never be happy.

Agree3 Disagree0

{Ed025's Note - your right there Jcw, i had pair of green flash pumps and was bloody grateful mate.. :)

04 Jun 2017 14:46:26
I'm not sure I said anything that was not fact? The people behind the scenes felt that Balotelli was an adequate replacement for Suarez on the cheap (though he turned out very expensive since no one would buy him) . They're not going to pay top dollar for the top players or even those in the next bracket below. It's long shots and prospects they're more interested in. I don't expect us to challenge for the league next year as things stand and certainly don't think we'll get out of the group stages of the Champions League. Top four is about the limit of our squad.

Agree1 Disagree2

04 Jun 2017 16:48:40
And yet Spurs have challenged for the title 2 years in a row now, spending less money than we do. And Juventus and Atleti make CL top 4 regularly, spending less money than we do.

At some point, you need people with some talent at running a club, recruiting and developing players and coaching the side. It's not all about owners and who's paying"top dollar".

Agree1 Disagree0

04 Jun 2017 19:35:57
Some posters on here. the average post has more moaning than the average full length porn film. The substance of the moaning has as much connection with reality as the moaning in the film action. We react as if the most flimsy paper speculation is fact and complain about players we may never sign.

Agree0 Disagree0

04 Jun 2017 08:02:30
Hi Ed's?
2 queries,

1) Seen that you placed 30% likelihood for VVD deal to happen.
Does that mean, Man City are the favorites to land him, now?!

2) How reliable are football whispers on Skysports?

Thanks and have a great day.

EDD'S,
Has VVD actually accepted the deal, or has the offer just been forwarded to his agent, at the moment there's no comment from VVD people or SOTON. does he still have a decision to make.

{Ed025's Note - im not sure where its up to at the moment mate..

Salah
VVD
Ox
Mendy
Robertson
Rafinha
Kieta
Tymon
Luan

Agree - not sure why we'd go for Ox if we get Salah, and think we need to aim high at LB.

Andrew Robertson in relation to stats for anyone who is interested isn't far behind danny rose for example in terms of duels tackles and assists.

He's actually defensively better than mendy again in terms of stats. For 8 mill and a fraction of mendys wages it's something that makes sense in terms of stats. I understand he's not exotic and stats can change but if acquired he's a solid no frills left back with premier league experience and good work ethic.

He has an avg rating of 6.7 as LB while Milner has 7.2. Milner had 3 assists while Robsie has 1. Of course Milly scores in pens but he's scored in open game while Robsie has none. I doubt he's an upgrade of what we already have. A backup maybe but I'd get a better player.

I think Roberts on will be a success at Liverpool. going to have to be better than JM to get at game so stop worrying guys.

kwkhong,
maybe Milner was playing with better players around him? Stats, stats and lies.

Never heard of the player but Liverpool are reportedly eyeing a move for Anderlecht's Polish striker Lukasz Teodorczyk.

Have City come back in for VVD ed? 60m being suggested?

{Ed002's Note - Yes they are one of the interested sides.}

Have they secured his transfer as suggested by the Mirror?

I know VVD is good but 60m and 200k/ week maybe too much for a club like LFC.

I'd rather we sign some unknown gem from the German league than spend 60 million on a good but not world class defender.

Agree3 Disagree3

04 Jun 2017 14:20:29
As long as that unknown gem becomes world class, right? I hear this kind of rhetoric a lot. Markovic was an unknown gem from the Portuguese league once upon a time. Manquillo?

I have just read on an Egyptian website that Klopp spoke to Salah on the phone and told him that he sees him as an important player for LFC. Liverpool, though, has to pay the asking price.

I've heard a rumour and I stress rumour that hendersons career is basically going to be on a downward slope from now on as this injury means he is going to be playing through pain rest of his career . I was gutted when I heard this as Henderson is an unsung hero in this team and when fully fit and in form 1 of the best midfielders in the league and Europe . Just want the eds to clarify if they have heard anything similar?

Believable0 Unbelievable12

04 Jun 2017 00:28:07
This contradicts what Henderson himself said couple of weeks ago where he said he was as fit as he had been for a long while or something along those lines.

@DHFC Henderson "when fully fit and in form 1 of the best midfielders in the league and Europe. " Ummmmm, No.

04 Jun 2017 06:33:37
Ummmm Yes! He on his day has everything. Great stamina, strength, pace is good enough, passing range, leadership, tackling, tracking, goals, assists and desire.

He is underrated and under appreciated by too many fans.

Come on Max, you should get with the program and realise that if you play for Liverpool you are automatically not good enough and deserve to be slated especially if there is no good reason to.
