Hello Ed2. Have we shown any interest in Valencia's Soler, Real's Asensio or Karim Adeyemi? May seem like random names but the BBC has linked us with all three this morning (albeit in their gossip column) .

{Ed002's Note - It would make more sense if the transfer window was open when Ascensio was available. Soler could be sold but would not come cheap. Bayern Munich were told Adeyemi is not for sale and his agent says eventually a move to RBL is planned.}

{Ed002's Note - Carlos Soler (CM) Financial issues at Valencia mean that they will listen to offers for players but want to hold on to Gaya whilst they have told interested sides that neither Carlos Soler or Maxi Gomez would be sold cheaply. I am not aware of any approach by Liverpool but he would be an excellent addition - but the time to show an anterest was when the transfer window was open.}

Thanks 002. Perhaps they are waiting for his contract to run down , as many clubs seem to be doing with us? In hard times, any discount helps.
