Even a good loan to the championship would be great for the kid, he had my nerves gone at times last season but we shouldn't forget the part he played in our great end to the campaign.

Looks a bit too slow to play in a team with a high line, or maybe hasn't got the experience to read the game quick enough. And still a bit lightweight to play in a team with a low line. A bit tricky to place. Gym for a year maybe? Bulk up a little, get a pair of Shaq-calves and some pecs?

Gave a good account of himself and deserves a good loan in the championship, he lacks pace, but if he learns to use his body (he’s a big lad) and timing he could be a decent defender.

I’d like to see him loaned to France or Germany. Then next season a championship team expected to compete for promotion. Would r rule out a third loan season if that Championship side promotes.
You’re then looking at Konate partner once VVD nears his retirement.
