Hi Ed02,
Given Liverpool's USA connections, are you aware of any interest in Ricardo Pepi? (FC Dallas, just broke into USA nat team, scored 3 goals) . Admittedly, not seen him much except world cup games and youtube videos. but IMHO, seems like a lot of raw striker talent at 18. gets into good positions, has natural eye for goal, two feet and good with head. I'm just thinking of the potential with higher class coaching.

If they went for an American, I would love for it to be Adams at RBL. Would make an excellent replacement for Gini.

There's a lot of really talented youngsters from the US right now. I wish we had a better national team coach.

My pick for the young American would be Timothy Weah. He has pace in spades and can finish a little as well.

As a Yank I am excited about our National Team. Possibly our best ever.
