It's a Golden opportunity for Salah's agent coz Madrid are hurt and desperate for big name player after being rejected and kind of humilated publicly.

They've decent pot of money to spend and once again Salah's agent is trying if he can crack a deal for he's client. Can't get better opportunity then that when Both mbappe and Haaland rejected Madrid and opening door for Ramy Abbas to pitch he's client.

I hope Salah stays for a couple more years and develops a central forward role so we can integrate a younger player on the right wing. As for the Madrid game, the lads have enough experience to know what they need to do on the day. I don't think Madrid goading Salah will have much bearing on the game.

I could care less if Salah leaves or stays. Until we have Klopp we have nothing to worry about. I have faith in Klopp and any player he brings in. Our recruitment has been fantastic over the last few year. Barring Naby we've not made one poor big money signing imo. So, I trust Klopp and his team to find a suitable replacement for Mo, if he does decide to leave.

It's a 50/ 50 thing for me, as to whether he stays or goes. On the one hand we say he is too old and no team will want to risk a large outlay for an older player. And then we see Barcelona being seriously interested in Lewandowski who at 33 is 3 years older. And on the other hand, LFC is still home for Salah. This is where he truly became world class. It won't be easy for him to leave just and only for the paycheck. Mbappe has clearly said that one of the reasons he has stayed is the desire to stay "home", for now.

It's not that he's too old.

It's that he's not worth the money he is asking for.

Take away the penalties and about half a dozen players scored as many goals as he did.

And he is not integral to our team the way Ali, VVD or Thiago are.

So the idea that he should be paid more than them is nonsense.
